Thanks for review . I have a 2019 and love it. I took out the bench seats and installed captain chairs for trolling. I also installed a railing system along each side and back. I was able mount a seat on the railing system so i could operate my trolling motor. I also have an electric trolling motor. I utilize my boat for sturgeon, catfish, slamon, steelhead, walleye, and crappie. It works great for all of them. I have the same issue with limited storage space, especially after i took out the bench seats.

Thanks for making me feel better about the scraps on the side of my KF. Glad I’m not the only one ;)
Paint has been marginal. No bubbling but it seems like it doesn’t need much for it to flake off.
I ended up putting the access hatches in the back and pulled most of the foam. I have a lot of different people on the boat so I like to keep a lot of various sized lifejackets onboard and I store those lifejackets in that new storage area. With all of those extra lifejackets in there I don’t think there is a big change in the floatation on my boat. Moving those lifejackets have freed up storage elsewhere in the boat which has made a huge difference.
I use mine primary for salmon and trout on Lake Ontario and I think the 1825 falcon is like a blank canvas that allows a person to customize it to their particular needs.
I also added an Fish On Sports arch which allows to me to carry a lot of extra rods and also allows me to use it for water sports with the family.
Thanks for posting these videos. They were extremely helpful when I was purchasing my boat.

My ’22 1825 Falcon is for sale up at Foster Bros Marine. If you know anyone interested that doesn’t want to wait 8 months for one, point them that way!

Installing a heater in mine . And went full lithium ionic …. The fuel filler absolutes sucks I’m gonna try to add another vent 😩 other than that I can’t complain.
I’d like to build a 80-100 gallon live well to fish a few tournaments but I’m still working on that

Maybe add some sort of rollers for the anchor rope to not scratch the paint?

Looking at purchasing this same boat. How's this boat in big weather? I fish on Lake Superior up here in Ontario, and the waves I'm in can be in the 5, 6 foot range.

I believe that having the coast guard license you would be in much more trouble for removing the foam to gain space. That said i have done it and the space was amazing. Any updates on the September horseshoe trips?

Yeah, that's why I figured I'd keep the foam in. Currently arranging some things to make some room for a few trips up there. I'll let you know! Thanks

Why am I watching a review of a boat I already own ... I dont know ha ha ha... I agree with most of what you said here, I have the 1625 bought in 2018 and the storage can be an issue. I do mostly trolling so have a kicker and like to set on the rear platform. have heard the same on those, some pull the foam and make storage but I feel the same about losing the flotation, just dont like the idea ha ha. The kick panels are something I have thought about removing though, when I was shopping we were able to take a look at the Riverhawk boats built on the same hull design but they have less rear platform/splashpan area and have access panels where the KF has the kick plates. The problem I saw with the Riverhawk was the lower passenger/weight capacity by two people couple hundred pounds. Strange. Any way great review, I have been real happy with mine and look forward to it lasting a long time.

How is paint holding up ? Recently I was looking at 2017 Falcon here on the west coast and noticed lots of bubbles under paint.
