Great data, loved the charts
Tip for owners, you have a "hidden" 3rd way to use the pocket clip at the cost of some scratches, the clip fits where the "nitecore P20ix" is printed, gives a much more deep carry
Good review, thank you
how they provide a lanyard when there is no place to install in without getting the clip? like what? that makes no sense. And what about the safety of the torch when its dangling around from the lanyard that's attached to the clip?
Found one of these on the side of the road just now. Saw it because the light was on. Found out I can't turn it off with the rear button. Blue light indicator is flashing/on going to charge to see if the problem resolves. If not it's a good backup emergency light
10:58 It is a proprietary battery, but they designed it so you can still charge it in a regular Li-on battery charger that it will fit into
You can also use Cr123a batteries
@@johnnybravo4012 Yeah, but only with an adapter. Other nitecore lights like the E4K can be that bright with no proprietary hardware at all. And the E4k is compatible with all high drain protected button top 21700s. The proprietary battery doesn't benefit anything...except for the wallets of the nitecore executives that is.
Can’t you just buy a spare battery and charge it? Lol
That is why, in terms of wide battery compatibility use MH12SE it has a balanced beam (flood x spot) with significantly good throw
Do I have to charge the battery in the flashlight or can i use my battery charger that fits 4 batteries at a time, Nice video by the way
Can you also lock the on button? So when you press it accidentally it does not turn on?
Nice review, You have come a long way with your reviews. I'm a reviewer too but I have to do my reviews deferment because I'm paralyzed. I'm not doing it for money I'm not monetized and I won't be. I'm a collector and I'm fortunate enough to have 268+ lights that I can share with others and maybe help people decide what to buy.
Thanks Sonny, Not sure what you mean by deferment, since it looks like you are posting a fair amount of content. My videos are definitely a labor of love, not a source of major income. Best of luck.
Sir, how are you? I want your advice on what is best in Nightcore. Tell me, sir
It has to be the HPi battery. The other 21700 batteries will not work. I wish I knew that before I bought it.
I like to Sincerely thank you for the review 🤩. Oh also, the material that, covers the Switch on the Bottom is Silicone, rather than Silicon - a none metal element (Si).
I recently purchased the Nitecore P20IX flashlight and I have been extremely satisfied with its performance. The flashlight is extremely bright, with a maximum output of 4000 lumens. It is also very durable and has a solid build quality. The beam is very focused, making it great for long distance visibility.
One of the things I really appreciate about the P20IX is the variety of lighting modes it offers. In addition to the high output mode, there are also low, medium, and strobe modes, which allow me to adjust the brightness and flashing frequency to suit my needs.
Another great feature of the P20IX is its waterproof design. I have used it in heavy rain and it has held up perfectly, so I have no concerns about using it in wet conditions.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Nitecore P20IX flashlight. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of brightness, durability, and versatility. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a high-quality flashlight.
Do you still have this flashlight? Do you use it frequently? I would like to buy it but I'm afraid that the heat it generates will damage it over time.
@@CorruptionManX STILL WORK LIKE WHEN I TOOK IT OUT THE BOX
@@MillionFXR I understand, thanks for the answer. One person in the comments said that his button rubber peeled off.
@@CorruptionManX depends how you take care of it
@@MillionFXR Your answer is really a fair answer!
Sheeesh, been looking at her, I really wanted an olight seeker 2 pro but this seems like a better replacement
Most other lights are a better choice than Olight. I have wanted an Olight myself but every time i get ready to buy one, I see something negative about it, like several people commenting the same thing
Probably bots or haters
Olights are garbage.
So what kind of upgrade is Nitecore P20iX compared to the Nitecore E4K? both are 21700 and use the same LED's but the newer P20iX is 400 lumen less. The only "upgrade" I can see is P20iX has a external USB port where the E4K uses a rechargeable battery (which I prefer)
Of the top of my head different interfaces. The P20iX is more tactical I think. I would have to go back and look at both my reviews to tell you more then that assuming I reviewed both. It's been a long day mate. ;)
@@LiquidRetro Hey I appreciate the quick response and the very thorough reviews that I can always count on from this channel. Get some rest my friend.
@@TopDog8762 most likely it's the difference in type of beam they each produce and candelas at the certain beam pattern. Lumens aren't a good way to compare 2 flashlights because lumens doesn't tell even half the story of what a flashlight does
4K lumens, 200 meters, wall of light...Wow. I need this light in my life
Always divide the distance range to 2. So it's basically 100 meters.
@@MohdRadhwanmy nitecore p30i says 1000m on the box but when i measured the distance it lit up over 1400m
So in order to get the 4000 lumen output I have to be in turbo?
Correct
Can’t you clip it to the top slot for deep carry?
If I'm understanding you correctly I don't think so
Would you prefer P20iX or acebeam e75?
E75 10 to 1. I have a review of it and called it flashlight of thr year 2023 and I stand by that.
Will the holster clip fit in MOLLE webbing?
Ya I think it likely should
Turbo for about 3 seconds ??
Check the runtime chapter or blog article for the exact numbers there
Only 30 seconds turbo? That's wack!
Definitely not enough time in turbo. Should have been closer to a minute based on temp control. Too bad.
The difference from turbo to higher is not thaaaat much that justify infinite turbo, and no one needs 4k lumens uninterruptedly for such time
@@kurogana01 You're probably correct. Since that posting, I've now lowered my demands for turbo to 30 seconds.
@@ayokay123 Not so fast... 😉 The Olight Seeker 3 Pro can do 4200 lumens for 2min30sec, I believe.
Check the runtime graph
very floody
Are you sure you meant "30 seconds before STEP-DOWN...."? You don't strike me as the reviwer that could get "lumes ramp down start time' confused with "step down time". If this is correct that's sad. Oddly inline with the Acebeam E70 lights who STEP-Down at around the 30 second mark...giving us Turbo for only a few seconds at 4000 lumens...I think it wa the "Mini"
2nd CON...."flush mounted MODE switch"....deal breaker on a "tactical light" with no side switch. Once you need 2 hands it's no longer "tactical" when mere fractions of a second matter. Literally...extra seconds can be costly fumbling around, eyes off threat, looking for the mode switch...
And these lights are't cheap for 4k lumens lights...
Polymer holster...could have used Kydex (used in gun holsters)...chafes the "portective finishes" on metal products...should have lined this holder with felt or some kind of durable soft rubber or faom...
Not working, rubish
Rubish is yout comment.
