The Model kits are a lot of fun and are very easy. This Mandalorian is probably one of the best sets Bandai has made and I prefer this Mando to the BS Mando even though he is a little big.
Would be nice is Bandai could release a IG-11/88 set.
I definitely think I’d agree, I still need to build a few of the heavy hitters like Grievous or Vader but this has been the best looking one so far that I have built. I’d do anything to get an IG kit. You know it would be the best IG hands down. Thanks for watching Froba! -Nate
@@OutOfTheBasement Grevious is very impressive also and probably the most difficult but it looks awesome once you get him put together and find a custom cape for it.
Yes, I knew I wasn't crazy when I found the black series helmet kind of round-ish. You need to reveal what it looks like when you paint it!

First off, the wall, Jawa and R5 look immaculate, really great job Nate. . I saw this kit at Target, but I didn't pick it up. The kit does look pretty good, I do have the Ban Dai Boba though. I'd really love to see this kit when you're done painting him up, bet it'll be wicked nice. As always, great video.

Great review. I actually just picked up this kit and agree that a bit of paint and weathering will really bring it to life. Also I recommend hitting the visor of the helmet with a gloss coat. Will make it look more true to production.

I wonder when Hasbro are going to give us their Season 2 version of Mando,hopefully with a soft goods shorter cape.This does look very nice, i like the more accurate details on the figure.Quite expensive but it looks great even unpainted but looking forward to your handy work on a fully painted figure.Awesome review Nate, i am quite tempted to pick one up for myself

So I looked up some pics of Din and Bo, it’s actually more accurate than you’d think, but heavy mando is a tad short. But overall I think he looks good next to them both

@@OutOfTheBasement For sure! I would definitely like to see an episode like that. I really want to start painting figures and model kits. I just remember the horrible looking paint jobs I tried when I was a kid, and I get nervous about trying again. I would definitely love to learn how to do it correctly and come up with great stuff. I am an artist myself but I mainly focus on 2D in my art. You could do a Time lapse video but yes definitely I would love to see any thing you come up with!

I got this at my local Hobby Lobby for about 27 bucks to go with my black series Boba. It was easy to assemble, but when I was told to put on the stickers, I took a look at how small they were and just said, "well f this."

Is it possible to use the soft goods cape with the BS figure? Great background!
I’m sure you could easily do it. You’d probably have to cut the part of the cape that pegs into the armor off but otherwise it just goes on over the head. Thanks for watching! -Nate

I just got one today, silver coating, I was gonna start building, but now I can’t tell if it’s the legit silver coating I have.
Cuz the lid was open when I bought it.
How can you tell whether it’s silver coating or not? (Excluding the label/lid)

In Canada I paid 65 for a boba fett kit and the mando went up from 59-76 as I was gonna buy it so I wouldn’t complain about 30😭

Would like to have seen you put a bit of it together as I have never come anywhere near anything like this. Got movie baroness today but not looked at her yet. First Joe 6"er and I don't want to love it in case I want the rest of them which I can ill afford. Spent last Sunday am reading her origin story from "Battle Action Force" comics I still own from 1984...... A spoiled girl with rich Austrian aristocratic parents she hates, who starts robbing banks and blowing up dams with Bruno and Helga! She wants to put nails in the coffin of "the system!" This comic was pretty hard-core when you are 9! No wonder I turned out to be a perfectly normal human being! Hope you are good my friend.

They just never look right and I think painting the details on is easier. But dude the Joe’s are a slippery slope, I don’t even collect the line yet I own 12. How the hell does that work. They are great figures though and are worth every penny IMO. What a random backstory for her but I guess it makes sense! Although I must admit I am extremely ignorant when it comes to GI Joe lore. @@OutOfTheBasement Think this is just the British 1984 lore for her. Our 80s British lore says Cobra Commander evolves from Baron Ironblood who led the Red Shadows in our version of gi joe which was action force. Definitely show us the finished model though. I'll take your word on painting is easier than stickers! Background looks super cool as well. Said in a recent comment to J that dios need to be my bs progression. Am slowly getting 2s and 3s of 'choice' figs for such an eventuality. Randomly got stupid solo droid today as well. Loath the woke character but (not opened yet) seems to be an interesting bs fig. 9 quid, and I thought worst case scenario I could bost it into several bits and use it as a jawa accessory. Loved the last stream and take it easy brother.

Does anybody know if the model kit helmet fit on the S.H Figuarts Din Djarin ? A bigger helmet would make the Figuarts an almost perfect figure.

It’s because this kit partially reuses parts of the old boba fett kit. It’s cheaper for them to reprint the entire runner as apposed to creating a new one with just the pieces needed. Thanks for watching! -Nate

Can a 5 year old play with it ?
It’s not intended for a child to play with it.
If you don’t have paint or tools to paint, the stickers are hard but they work. I hate videos where ppl do this. Don’t review something and completely remove a piece of the kit and shit on the stickers. People may have gotten this for their first build and you just ruined their experience. BE BETTER
The stickers suck. There’s no if ands or buts about it. It’s literally easier to learn how to paint then to apply. Sorry but that’s just my opinion 🤷🏻♂️ -Nate

This figure is a pain in the ass to put together. Better off buying a Black Series. Plus the plastic sucks and it’s really thin and easily breakable. This piece of shit is expensive but feels cheap
