Do you have any scientific proof which affirms that these manual exercises improve the mind or ward off mental dysfunction? If so, please provide links.
@@ThejudCrazyBee I checked but the sources do not conclusively prove that these ward off mental degeneration. Some may relieve symptoms to a limited extent and may possibly improve cognitive function. But that's all I could find. Please note that I do not have any expertise on the subject and may lack the knowledge needed to understand or to properly research the subject matter.
