I have never eaten such a DELICIOUS carrot! Easy Breakfast Recipe

MAKINGS:
700g carrot
3 eggs
1/2 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
4 tablespoons flour
Black pepper

This was a staple in my home growing up. I do this dish mostly on the fall to use up the last few plants from the garden. I grate equal parts carrot & zucchini (Shredded, add 2 tsp salt to draw out the moisture (don't skip this step or you'll have mush lol) and add green onions, red & yellow bell peppers & fresh basil all minced up plus one small can of chopped green chilis & some garlic powder to the mix then fry

Can anyone answer a question? After you flip the carrot pattie, do you cook any longer before adding the tomatoes and cheese?

Yes, you do. You can see it in the video and they say it too. 'Flip it, to cook the other side.' They spread the oil a second time over the pan so the other side can fry to golden color too.
