those who called One Piece "overrated" was simply a HATER or those who are clueless and didn't know shit about One Piece .... the writing is so damn good that all of the fans don't give a shit about the character design ... Oda can make the weirdest looking character EVER and yet had the better story than most good looking anime out there
Oda never forget characters even when they don't look important to the story or something u can see them again and in some point in the story. Oda really is the GOAT
People often get spoiled and then watch the anime already knowing what will happen and say one piece is too obvious 😂
Even some fantasy book author compliments Oda.
Even sanji's name was a foreshadowing, almost 20 years early. Really puts things into perspective

Why does Raizo confirm to Luffy at 7:24 that they meet the Roger pirates?
Do I forget something or wasn't this never shown in the Anime? I can't remember that Kinemon, Raizo and the others meet Roger in Wano.

Thank you for your comment, but after rewatching the episode you recommented I didn't see a scene where they meet Roger. There is only a scene where they stand before the ship, but they don't meet the crew.

Well yeah it didn't show directly in the anime but technically Oden said that they stayed there for few hours, so that must be when they meet the Roger's crew.

The episodes where people you'd never guess knew each other start talking about old times, while the Straw Hats (and us!) pick our jaws up from the floor make you appreciate how big and small the world is in this wonderful story. The most recent chapters that came out just cement the fact that Oda doesn't forget the characters he creates, whether good or bad, serious or comedic. 😁
