I am in a completely different place, time, and circumstances. I still have the same feeling of relaxation I used to have, when watching this video long time ago. It also lifts me up, going back in time virtually to wonderful peaceful days mixed with pain. We never know how blessed we are at the moment, until the next moment arrives.
This video helped me cope with the night long suffering of a bowel disease, while I was working abroad. It gave me energy to move to work in the morning, despite the tiredness, fatigue, and pain. Nature healing is the best.

Maui USED to be No Ka Oi. Now it plain sucks. It used to be great up until 10-15 years ago. Now it's over populated, overrun by roosters and military-designed spiders who were supposed to fight mosquitoes, but they failed, mosquitoes are bad in many areas, loud trucks, weird locals, aggressive people, drug addicts, homeless, trash, etc. No peace and even the free beaches have trash on them because humans are to messed up to appreciate the natural beauty, because they are brainwashed by consumerism. Hawaii is not paradise.

Thanks for amazing video. We went Oct. 4 to Oct. 11 Maui & Honolulu Hawaii. Weather was beautiful, both places are absolutely heaven on earth. We enjoyed very much.

Some nice footage, but for a video of an hour and 22 minutes, I would like to have seen more of the island. You pretty much stayed along the Wailea to Makena coast and then it looks like you went to the Haiku-Pauwela section toward Hana and some footage from the top of Haleakala (but way too little). What about West Maui? Kaanapali up to Kapalua? The central Valley? More of the West Maui mountains? Footage of upcountry (Kula area)?

I understand. Pretty much the places I've mentioned. There are some great vistas with the beautiful Norfolk pines up in Kapalua and if you continue, you can take the "back way" to to Kahului along the narrow road that makes the road to Hana seem like an interstate by comparison. Along that route there are some blow holes that would provide some good drone footage. Back when I first visited Maui, the area of Wailea was still not fully developed and the Makena road continued to hug the shore all way up to Kihei. Much of it was removed when the resorts in Wailea were built. Also it might be fun if you could film a Rodeo in progress in Makawao.
