It’s beginning with discipleship, encouraging people of the importance of one on one relationship with God.

It's very interesting that this episode if about navigating "polarizing" times, but one of the participants has a shirt that says "The future is female and African", and not "The future takes all of us" or "the future is together". Not all ppl are "female" or "African", so then the future doesn't include everyone else? Some of these slogans sound great, but words matter, what exactly should be taken away from this? But I'll listen to the whole thing to see where it goes.
(Before ppl assume I'm white, I'm a black born & raised Jamaican female, w/ dual naturalise USA citizenship. Didnt start living in the USA until my teenage years. It's been an interesting cultural experience to learn/see the many layers, dynamics that exist here.)

The woman wearing the shirt has Nigerian roots and has a podcast and book focused on women of faith. But you make a good point. The conversation is worth hearing!

“Building and they will come.” If it is REAL then it will resonate with the people. If not, leave ppl alone.

It’s going to take a SUPPORT SYSTEM, not us charging our brothers and sisters for wisdom that was freely given to them.

Jesus (the Truth) came to UNDO the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). While Jesus walked on earth, he healed people, raised the dead and calmed the storms, he sent his Apostles out to do the same. We could have undone ALL the works of the devil, so that NO ONE would have to suffer again. We would bring Heaven on earth, but just as Jesus warned, the Church leaders preach lies, filling their church with sick, dying, ravenous wolves, that bring hell on earth.
Call no one teacher (Matthew 23:8). Jesus (the Truth) came to UNDO the works of the devil (1 John 3:8).
