TROPICAL UPDATE?? CHANCE OF TROPICAL DEVEOPMENT NORTH WEST CARRIBEIN AND GULF OF MEXICO???

MAJOR UPDATE REGARDING THE TROPICS. Looks like chances are rising again for our Caribbean storm to develop later near northwest Caribbean and than go in the gulf and who knows from there. Than we are watching few other areas did not discus them really because there far out in the Atlantic if any big updates happen i let you guys know.
