God has also given us different levels of grace 🔥. We are encouraged to put on the new man and grief not the Holy Spirit...There are so many lessons in this chapter
Few things are more edifying to me than hearing the Word of the Lord read aloud in reverence. As I listen today, I am reminded about the IMPORTANCE of the 5 fold ministry gift to leaders in the church. This is how the saints are equipped to DO the work of the ministry. I love the WHOLE book of Ephesians, but this passage was especially beautiful to listen to!
I love the beginning, we must walk worthy of our calling. So important. We must seek to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling, by God's grace. Yes every one of us has a part to play to ensure the whole body works, to ensure we are reaching all souls and bringing the message of the Kingdom to all.
I pray that the Lord helps us put off the old man, the fleshly nature and embrace wholeheartedly the pure truth in the word God so we are transformed in Jesus name.
