Not sure how nobody has commented on this video yet. I have watched it like 5 times now. Good stuff. I did a one time mowing the other day and it disappeared after I completed it and I don’t know how to contact the homeowner again to get them on my schedule. Any help?
So unfortunately for the 1x Mows once you complete the job there is no real way to contact the client. In my experience, it's best to talk with the client through the app and let them know you are interested in doing reoccurring service and hopefully they are on board and will continue. Just remember, poaching a client will go against the terms with Lawn Guru and they will close your account. In my experience, I use the app mainly for new client on boarding and the ability to manage my clients all in one place.
