Believe it or not, it's best to use stiff board backed sanding paper for curved surfaces. The stiffness makes sure the paper doesn't preserve the bumps made by the excess resin. After you have the bumps"flattened" to the curve, you can use regular sand paper to smooth the surface down.

Make sure you’re wearing a mask when sanding resin
A silly question from a noob: how am I supposed to dispose the water after sanding? is it safe to flush the water containing resin powder into the toilet?
I had them same questions! It’s never safe to dispose any resin down any drains or outside. Leave the water in a clear container outside (the sun will help cure the resin-water) eventually it will separate and water (or ipa) will evaporate. I keep mine in a plastic container covers so no animals drink it. Once dissolved you can trash the container or any solidified resin. 👍🏾

can u show the print when its dry? when i sand there is always ugly white scratches on the parts i went over with the sanding paper.
Sand up to 600 or so, it will look scratched but should feel smooth. Sometimes it just doesn’t look smooth but when it feels smooth you’re good. Primer over it and it’ll be smooth 👍🏾
If you feel scratches you can go over them with some resin and cure the resin :)
