Here goes my thoughts... - It's quite nice that they finally brought Dracula into the show. I thought it was going to be male before the trailers. But that actress is great as well. - I don't like the effects they used to bring her back, neither the Dark Realm ambience. It looked too cheap. They could've gone for less effects instead. - I don't think Sam got a worthy ending. He was too complex for just being a vessel. - Also, where's all the badass action? Vanessa just got erased and the Oracle haven't showed us what she's capable of yet. I'm curious about the rules of the Dark Realm, like why Dracula couldn't reach Abraham inside there.
I really wanted Sam to meet his end fighting Vanessa, it seemed like where the show was heading and it would have been closing a loop which was opened seasons ago, so I understand why this end is a little less worthy for the character. I hope too that they expand on how Abraham and Dracula exist in this realm and how the whole "Elder Portal" to free her works.....
Christopher Heyerdahl is freaking amazing actor I hated him as Sam and then I started watching Hell on Wheels and he is evil as fuck as the Swede! Then started watching Gotham and there was my man! But one of my favorite Christopher Heyerdahl role is The Wraith Todd; whom is named by Colonel John Shepherds on the Best Stargate series Atlantis! Shepherd and Ronin were an homage to Chewie and Han and I loved the Star Wars references! Heyerdahl played a anti hero Wraith which if you have never seen Stargate Atlantis watch it ; I think it could have gone 5 more seasons!
Does Vanessa die what happens to Vanessa in season 4 episode 7 I haven’t seen it because I have to wait till September 27 before it comes out but I seen a sneak peek and I’m curious to know
Havn't seen newer videos, but after seeing the newer episodes and then watching this, I have no idea where they are going. The latest episode it's good to see the crew back together, minus Doc.
The thing that surprised me the most was that Dracula wanted to make Vanessa into her 4th Bride and I must say that the chemistry between Kelly Overton and Tricia Helfer was amazing. Just instant and intense and I really thought that Dracula would kiss Vanessa. And I think Bathory might be the historical Blood countess Elizabeth Bathory. But you could feel the jealousy from her when Dracula had her attention set on Vanessa! But if there is one thing Van Helsing taught us is that when the mother sees a threat to her kids they are going full on mamma bear and are gonna defend their kid/kids. I am just scared that this time Vanessa will be locked away together with Dracula since she has that darkness inside of her that I don't think Abraham had. Maybe she will try to force the darkness out of Vanessa to make her hers. But it was smart to save her two newly found daughters. Sad to see Sam go and I think he is gone for good now. This for me was one of the best episodes of the series and we better show the love off the series on social media so we get a season 5 since this is one off the shows I really enjoy and the cast is amazing. And Kelly Overton is one off the best leading actresses from me! Loved your review all the way from the cold and dark Sweden!
I hear you, Kelly Overton and Tricia Helfer both have such a strong presence on screen that it really was sparks for the those moments they shared the screen. It's nice to see new voices in the comments btw, welcome from Cold, and overpriced Brooklyn.
Sam, in my opinion didn't get a worthy death. I needed him and vanessa to finally play this out till the end....one killed the other. Actually sad to see sam go out that way
Late reaction but I wanted to react. Yes, a 4 year old can already have eggs inside her. In fact, all girls already have all their eggs inside them when being born. They're already inside the body, just not developed like in adult women. They just do not have the hormones that kick start the whole ovulating stage yet. But they are already there and being able to be harvested. This all said, it's pretty fucked up and disturbing for a 4 year old to already have her eggs harvested😣
Maybe Oracle restores Sam to try defeating Dracula cuz she didnt like getting replaced
AHhhh, I honestly never considered Sam could come back......that would be a surprise.

Family get togethers must be brutal :D
Yeah Thanksgivings are rough lol
I miss Sam already he made me into a number 1 Fan!!!!!
Definitely a loss for Van Helsing. Sam was favorite villain on the show aside from Scab and Ivory.
