I am a diaspora living in Europe and I love your content. I want to buy land in Kenya as an investment. When you continue to show videos like this one of different parts of the country it would help many Kenyans living locally and many of us living abroad an opportunity to see where we want to live or invest. This idea is great! You will be successful RUclipsr. God bless you
I'm a Nakuru-born& raised man living in Europe. Your vids are welcome, but you don't seem to show the old sokoni/market & the old mosque nr it, not the Bondeni(the historical L. Nakuru.shore camp, where traders used to camp when foot-marching from Mombasa to Uganda). Long before the thieving European Colonialists "discovered" E.Africa.
This is what i have been looking for. Early this month I tried touring Kiamunyi but It was impossible to have a coverage like youve done. This is an important and helpful content. Please consider giving us the rental range for different estates. For example, how much it goes for a 2 or 3 bedroomed house. It will help many make decision on top of admiring the view. Good job.....Ni vile tu wengi hawajajua this channel.....personally I just landed here while watching Tulivu Estate houses. Thank you for this.
Am a few months old and got a house through you.I love love the place and I love this series, ntatembea kutafuta mutura(legit).Atleast I have spotted my wasili Uber driver 🤣🤣🤣.Good job Ezra
Good move 👍🏽 While at it, feature property for sale (land) around these neighbourhoods especially individually owned, not from Companies and become an independent credible land agent and monetize that 😉 Most land selling companies don't have ready to build properties or land within developed / residential estates. Most are in outskirts for long-term investment.
Have noticed your growth in quality & content. This is the series to watch out for. But I'd suggest you use a bit of graphics in listing the places mentioned in ama a small section kwa Google maps. Great content maze.✌✌✌
hi very insightful and helpful show ...maybe you could go a notch higher and tell us how much the rent ranges for various apartments for every estate and transport cost to and from town
In olive u we're not fair, you aired good putt hotel starting from supakay supermarket and skip the only magnificent Hotel in olive inn ,.the famous Donnie's Hotel really. Even talking a bout it. Anyway if you didn't kno a bout Donnie's hotel it's a challenge to you. Do something
Not exactly. I think you were in Nakuru many years ago. All the apartments I've done reviews for here in Kiamunyi, Naka, London, Pipeline, etc, all have piped water. Therefore, saying there's no piped water is an old narrative. Things are changing sir.

Sure it is. It was around 1. something when I asked.
Any lead to a bedsitter in kiamunyi
Going to find some today. For now not sure
@@ezraondaratv thanks in advance
How much is a plot of 100x50 on average
Near the road around 3m, prices decline as you go farther from the road to about 1.2m.
I was in Nakuru between 1996 and 2000 and it has changed completely.
@@jamaalabdinasir54 that's a long time ago, it's totally different now, especially out of town.
@@ezraondaratv i can imagine.

London is next!
@@ezraondaratv Good one
You forgot to talk about Water issues. Kiamunyi & 90% of Nakuru suburbs don't have pipe water at all. That's why they are selling land very easily

@@ezraondaratv Kiamunyi has nothing like piped water . They buy water from the lorry cartels.
@@nairobinyeusi5811 I have been on the ground and some boreholes have been done and water piped from there. Find me I show you just two.
