Thank you so much for the tutorial I know no a lot of people small businesses like to post tutorials on how they make their stuff but it really helped me because I just recently had a necklace that broke and I was really leery on fixing it because I didn’t wanna mess it up by not knowing what I was doing but I fixed it and it turned out beautiful the wire wrapping complements and supports the crystal very well and I can’t wait to do this more 🥰 I’m going to be doing some more in the future for sure

thank you for this tutorial!! i'd gotten some really pretty crystals at a craft fair that i wanted to make into jewelry, but they werent drilled and i was kinda afraid to mess with them. (didnt want to drill or use glue if i could avoid it) I think this technique might be exactly what i was looking for; the ones i have are all similar shape to the first one you demonstrate here (long, irregular)
all the other videos that showed how to do this were using different shapes than what i had so this is really helpful!

The second technique, can be done in a way that looks better, instead of doing two twists and then wrapping, make the two twists that secure the bottom of the stone, then another two twists that go into the sides of the stone, after that, all four points will be heading upwards, you can use two of them to create the loop and the other two to go around it and secure it.
Thanks for the vid, will be trying your first technique, have plenty of quartz here, gather them myself in the mountain.

hi! you can get wires from the store like walmart which is where i get mine, a craft store like joann’s or Michaels may have it, you can also order them from amazon :) hope that helps you.
