The stonework is beautiful! I'm glad you're building a big nice house for yourself to live in. Since you asked for ideas, I like the pagoda roof style and you should build a two story house nice and big. And build nice furniture for yourself too, a real bed, clothes closet, end table. And I would seal the ground floor with cement covering the ground. Then you can use that open space under the house for storage etc.

Beautiful job , but one suggestion , you need to have put in two screws in each board so that they will not warp or curl down the road.Plus it makes it much more secure to walk on it later.

Then you could utilize for whatever you want in the upcoming months.You could decorate with flowers table, chairs or even for storage! I definitely would seal my doors upstairs! I have seen enough to know a little more about your preference in decorating. Yet although I have worked with design and many different mediums, I have learnt that these details you search for have to survive time. We both know that you grow into a home and inspiration will come. Yet I can help you with a path to take while you search for that very special charm you seek. To start with, have you ever heard of that saying "Less is More"? Well within the world of Art it is very important, as in all mediums; the idea is to leave as much to the viewers interpretation in order to both better relate to what you have only surjected in your stokes and color. This in a home sets certain rules that if followed, give more back to you or the viewer. As they see themselves and feelings reflected back to them. Creating, start with yourself, be honest about yourself and think of the things you will be doing, if you will need light, if you like to discover, maybe a work area combined with plants in pots and books. Maybe it´s a go with pottery? How will you bed guests, what will they see. In Sweden we do not put color and thought into the floors, yet I know that for you, tiles are popular, maybe break them and create your own design, only looking at color. Remember that normally, building materials dictate sizes, so a designer has to think of that as a limitation. You do not, as your only limit is the height of a tree and what you can lift! I will give you a link to a community called "Pinterest" (www.pinterest.com) or ( se.pinterest.com/?form=MT00M8 ) This site is all you need, join it for free, and you will get to see the most beautiful places and things from the whole world. Create a "set" to save pictures of ideas together and simply add the things you love. Maybe with time, you can buy a cheap printer and have a wall covered with some of your best memories. Also, look at the patterns in nature around you and use it on simple items. A handle of a pot or on the cement outside, you know that the water will just sit there unless it has somewhere to run off.
