Hi Becki, thank you so much for watching :) Crochet (in fact most hobbies) have a wonderful effect on our mind and spirit, we're very happy to know you've enjoyed our videos :)
I discovered your channel on u-tube during lockdown and am glad I did. You are a ray of sunshine in these dark times. Thanks for being you and sharing your wonderful projects with us.
Goodness I had so much fun watching this video! I echo the comment below this one! 5 years ago and you're still blessing us with your talent and teaching crochet and especially, the joy your share! It's contagious! Thank you, Jayda.
Jayda you are so bright and happy I looove watching you to let go of any rough days and to be able to relax and enjoy myself. You are adorable and I always look forward to watching your videos
I have just finished watching this great roundup video when you got your 15,000th subscriber. Wow no wonder you now 5 years later are heading toward you 500,000th subscriber. I bet time has flown by like the blink of an eye 👁. You sure are skilled and talented to design so many amazing crochet projects. You have more Items around you than I have made in 30 plus years. Your passion and enthusiasm is catching. My daughter in law has asked me to make her some bunnies for her workplace. She is a Speech Language Therapist and some times she needs toys as aids for her clients. Children with a cleft palate so I’m going to watch your tutorial for your cute rabbit. Thank you. Cheers Joss.
Congratulations on 15000... I remember it was your happy sun that I made first when learning to crochet and yesterday I completed your Bennie... you do grat work and you are a great teacher....thank you...
You laugh is cheery and make me feel happy.... Lol you are amazing and you have inspired me to restart crocheting with your charming chochet pieces... Thank you so so much for sharing.
My little girl is a beginner, just like me. And we've been watching a lot of your videos. I completed the heart pillow pattern you showed on one video and it turned out great! Also, my daughter asked to tell you that she loves your pony necklace.
Hi ! I absolutely LOVE LOVE YOUR website. I think you are a TERRIFFIC teacher and fun always.I have made a lot of your projects about 20 of the scrapghan in different colors sizes etc. So THANK YOU AND PLEASE KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK .DENISE
I so love you, your tutorials and your adorable giggle. I wish I lived near you and we were friends. I have told my friends about your tutorials. You are precious and God Bless and husband. From Corpus Christi Texas!
Congratulations on your 15,000 subscribers! I've really enjoyed watching your channel! I'm looking forward to more of your tutorials! You make it so much and easy! Thanks!
Congradulations on 15,000 views. you have been busy and made it look so easy. Thank you. Looking forward to Alfonso's entertainment in the following months.
Hi Lala, creativity is a pretty great little escape, thank you for spending some time with us :) We're hosting a Live Stream tonight at 7:00pm EST, hope you can make it!
I love your channel ❣️ You 2 are as crazy as I used to be😂but I think that I have surpassed you both in that field 😘.I have learned much & got to pass on a few younger folks that also love you and keep learning😊💕 My favorite was the blanket with the farm💕❣️Thank you so much for all that you have done and still do🌹😘❣️
Congratulations on over 15,000 subscribers!!! That's so exciting!! This video was so fun to watch, I love your imagination & all your wonderful creations!! Not to mention, Alfonso is just so handsome & talented ;-) I look forward to seeing him in the future! I can't wait to see what you make next! Take care :-D
So happy there are at least a few kids. But I don't think you should reveal your age, maybe just say a tween! But that's still cool because you hopefully did not get swarmed with relatives with your first big project! Ha!
I am so glad I found you! Can't wait to check out your tutorials. Just watched a bunch of your tips and learned so much. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks? Thanks!!
you have given me an idea for a birthday pressie for granddaughter later this month..she LOVES anything to do with Minecraft..so now to find the pattern on your page and some yarn..thanks Jayda..
Sabrina A Hi Sabrina! I did a mini haul a few weeks ago (giggle) and I am planning on showing everyone my stash...but I have to figure out how to get it all into one room first!!! (it's NUTS!!)
Congratulations on 15,000 subscribers!! :) It's so great to see this channel growing and growing. Oh and yes, my to do list grew and grew today too! LOL The sunshine, strawberry, cactus, trees, charm bag and pencil (request from Julia) have all been added to the list. I'm also thinking it's time to make another pony...it was about a year ago that I found your channel, Jayda, and started to crochet. The pony was my second project, after a granny square blanket. After seeing your pony again on this video, I'm thinking it might be cool to make another pony a year later and see how it comes out. The first pony loves her home on Julia's bed! :) It was great to see most of the projects on the channel in the video and reflect on all the great projects. Best channel on RUclips!! Looking forward to the tutorials to come and continued success to you! :)
Thank you Becky! 😊 I couldn't believe it all when I finally had it all in the same place! It's so funny that you should mention the Pony because I was planning on making another one myself 😊 I wanted to see what one in pink might look like. I've really enjoyed sharing projects and ideas with you and Julia this past year, it's been a wonderful, creative ride and I can't wait for more!
Jayda InStitches I know, I didn't realize how many things we had crocheted through your channel too. It was nice to see them all together. One of these days, I'll get to an octagon granny blanket too. Yes, pink would be a cute pony color. I'm still thinking about what color. I have to see if I have any bulky yarn, I'm not sure. It's funny how many times we think alike without even realizing it. On Thursday, when you posted the alternate stuffing quick tip, I had just sorted through all of Julia's summer clothes and socks, so I have some unmatched socks that I know I can use for stuffing now. It was perfect timing! :)
OMG...this is amazing the things you've done, and this was 2015!! I'm slowly going through your videos, but I see you've got hundreds...lol...gonna take me a long time, but youre giving me many ideas thats for sure
Oooh that's upsetting! You must be going a little crazy (I know I would be!!). I hope you recover quickly, I'm happy to know I can bring you some smiles while you're healing :)
I am a very new at learning crochet. It’s something I have wanted to do for many years but what really propelled me into learning was seeing little ones leaving the infusion center and deciding I need to learn to make some toys or something to cheer them up and entertain them during treatments. So this video really got my attention! I simply love the idea of the cat ears and the microphone. Perhaps you can give me some pointers on easy but safe projects I can learn.
Hi Shelia, it depends on the age of the child you are considering making something for - if the children are 3 or under than anything with parts that can come off and be swallowed aren't recommended (like beads, buttons, short tufts of yarn, etc). We have many tutorials on our channel for toys, most of which are easy (and we take you through it stitch by stitch) and if you don't want to use buttons or beads as decor (in any project that may call for it) you can always chose to embroider features on instead using yarn or embroidery floss :) You can check out our toy playlist here: ruclips.net/p/PLU-tvdaf-Fne5QbcqVLybiDO2Te3dh7l0
Jayda InStitches Thank you very much. The children really veri in age so I will definitely need to be careful. I am currently learning the stitches but researching ideas for things to make once I get the hang of it.
بلورة ثلجية Thank you! I think that might be a fun video...except that my craft stuff is literally stashed all over the house! **giggle** You should see the terrifying tsunami of yarn I have in the BASEMENT!! (seriously, I could probably sink a small city with it LOL)
I am in the UK and love your patterns. I learnt to crochet when I was 15 but didn't make anything until I became a granny! I am working on several projects to sell at my granddaughters school Summer Fete. All the money raised by me will go to The Brain Tumour Trust, This cause is very close to my heart as my baby brother died suddenly last year only months after being diagnosed with a very aggressive brain tumour. Would it be okay if I use some of your patterns to make things for that event? I would be so grateful. It has been a very hard year for my whole family and I have used crochet and knitting as a means of getting through the bad days. God bless and thanks again for the joy your patterns give.
Hi Jan, thank you so much for asking :) You are welcome to sell items you make using our patterns and tutorials, we do ask that you include our name and links to our channel and website as a design credit. I hope you have lots of success at your Summer Fete, it's an excellent cause :)
Do you know something. You brighten up my day. Love your tutorials. Must do the unicorn for my grandchildren best of Irish luck. May the wind be always at your back and the road come up to meet you 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀
I love your tutorials and sense of joy in the little things of life. Question about the soap saver. Is there an easy way to add a strap to slid your hand through for someone who can no longer grip a bar of soap? Thank you for brightening my days.
Kathy Stroud Hi Kathy! Thank you for watching :) Yes! I would recommend creating a strap that is as many stitches long as your soap saver is rows high. In other words, stitches wide = height of soap saver. Maybe about 5 or 6 rows of single crochet back and forth, and then sew down both short ends to the top and bottom of the back of your soap saver. Then, when the soap is in and the draw strings tightly shut, the little strap can be passed over the hand :)
I made your roundish coasters of Christmas variegated cotton (edged in solid white) for my boss and my bf's sister who loves Christmas figurines and all things Christmas 🎄😁
Marie Gerardi Hi Marie! I have an Olaf pattern for sale in my Etsy shop! Please feel free to check it out, you can visit my shop at www.etsy.com/ca/shop/JaydaInStitches
I absolutely love you and how fun you are. I just got done watching your unicorn videos and love them going to start making one myself. I was wondering if you could one day do a video on the African flower granny stitch and make an elephant out of them . I have seen then on Pinterest but can't seem to fine a pattern on how to make the elephant. That you so much from your friend south of the border in the states 💜❤️
Hi Congrats. I was wondering if i could ask some tips on washing crochet blankets. They are very heavy when wet so I am afraid on putting them into the washing machine. So is there a better way to wash them and dry them out, i have not been able to find a good answer just yet on how to do it. Thank you. and Congrats again. :D
I love, love your energy, you make me happy. LOL. I have made afew of your patterns, I am know making your calendar. I am almost finished with February and just started on March. I would love to make that Unicorn for my daughter. I made one for her afew years ago that was real big to put on her bed but this one is smaller so I no she would like. Even though she will be 42 she likes anything Unicorn & when I make her something she likes even better. Lol. I would like to make for her hopefully by her b day in July. So please let me know were i can get the pattern. Thank you & God Bless
Hi Philomena! You can check out our entire playlist on the Magical Baby Unicorn (it's a three part tutorial covering everything from multi-coloured feet to her beautiful hair!) you'll find the first video here: ruclips.net/video/FnYcCswiiLU/видео.html The other two are links in the description box of the first one. Have fun! (as a peer of your daughter I can totally understand her love of unicorns, I bet she was a HUGE My Little Pony fan back in the day!) If you're looking for a written copy of our Unicorn pattern you can also support our show by purchasing a copy at our Etsy shop and you can visit our shop here: www.etsy.com/ca/shop/JaydaInStitches
Congratulations. That's fab number, 15,000. This is not meant as a bad comment, but why are all you Canadians so happy? Can you blow some warm weather in my direction :-) I think summer has by past the UK as I'm sitting her and my feet are so cold I can't feel them.
333DFG Thank you! I would love to send you some warm Canadian weather! Well, southern Canada anyway, it's not very warm up in the Arctic Circle! Although I must say, I was in warm socks all weekend as it was rather wet and cool...but I'm not terribly bummed out by that, just means I have an excuse not to do any yard work and every excuse to play with my yarn! LOL The dishes can wait!
Hi! Our Cat Ear headband: ruclips.net/video/6KRe3giiwR0/видео.html You can always find any of our videos by searching for the project title and adding Jayda InStitches to it 😊

Luv the bag! It's amazing.
These are great! Any chance we’ll get an updated creations video?
Hi Carolina, we'll have to see what we can come up with :)
Jayda InStitches My soap saver with handle worked awsome! Thank you for taking time to reply.

+neko42girl42 Thank you! I did a tutorial on how to turn a Blink Bag Hello Kitty into a necklace and used the same concept for the Blind Bag MLP :)

TearsOfAGirl That's a very important question! I will try and get some answers for that ASAP! Thank you :)

:-)
