I am very surprised that it ISN'T RECONSTRUCTED like they do for airline crashes,to be reevaluated about the disaster.
It's not a mystery as to what happened. It got hit by a ship that knocked the pier out from under it!
Recovering these workers should have been the number one priority and it wasn't.
