Thanks for your journey - enjoyed it. Good, quality videography that brings back memories. I was in Tallinn for about 10 days during 2006 - I think around September. Had been in Finland 4 times and love the culture there so decided Estonia would really connect with me. Tallin atmosphere and the character of the landscape did not disappoint. Something about the Finno-Ugric character, history and mythology that is in the way these people live. Medieval architecture of the old town, generally happy people, cute and smart the way they dress, quality cuisine that warms the soul, very clever, rich unique culture. Lots of use of colour in the buildings and everywhere you go. Love how lush the vegetation is with lots of available water, which is very refreshing coming from a dried out Australia. Always planned to explore more and have Tartu and Parnu on my destination list. I am looking into long term visa options as well - D visa seems the way to go. Thanks for sparking my Estonian motivations. Seems you have connected with its beauty and culture similar to me. The silent nature of Finns/Estonians, then all in once they get to know a little about you, is amazing - love it.
Hi Shreya: great video. Your enthusiasm is infectious. I hope you have many great adventures. 🇨🇦
Thanks a tonne for your kind words! Always thankful for the experiences I got

All the seasons! Estonia is a fairyland 🇪🇪
Hi Shreya! Such a nice vlog. Best wishes!
Thank you so much!
This is gonna be a wonderful country to live in. The air quality, the tranquility etc. I have already travelled to Tallinn through your lens Shreya! Lols😂 Thanks! Sending you hugs from Nigeria 🇳🇬🫂
Thanks a tonne! Oh yes, the AQI is literally single digit most of the time and you can feel the clean air. I miss Tallinn!
Oh mate, we don't like long time immigrants. We would like to preserve our culture and country.
@@german_novotiable No problem sir, if you don’t want to share your culture with other humans and want to draw boundaries and rather create differences, I can’t say much to that
Wow what a nice country, not that crowded.
It has a very small population and coming from one of the most populated countries, it’s a very unique experience to live in a country like Estonia
Really like this vlog, I am also trying to move there 🙌
Thank youuu so much and all the best!! 🇪🇪
Keep creating 😊👌💫💫💫
Thanks so much! Trying my best
Sweet shreya....charming content, much love.hearty welcome.shamim zahuri from bangladesh ⚘ 🕊 🤝 👫 🇧🇩

Hello Shreya !! Love from Lucknow, India. Loved the way, you covered your journey from India to Estonia - its history, geography, culture. I am curious how are the tax rates? And, how a Digital Nomad would accommodate oneself there? I would love to hear your suggestions. The thing is , I am scouting for Digital Nomad Visa in European nations( paise bhi kamane hain, tax bhi kam dena hai aur travel bhi karna hai ). Your inputs would definitely benefit me. Thanks !!
Thanks for your kind comment! Even though it looks rosy, I wouldn't suggest applying for an Estonian DNV if it's your first time to he Schengen region, or even second. - That's an honest comment after knowing that Estonia is rejecting more than half the applications from Indians. For taxes, they can't really track within Schengen so if you hop across countries, you never cross the 6 month mark with Estonia and hence, you only pay taxes in your home country.
@@shreyamahendru_ I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for your prompt response. Your valuable information has been incredibly helpful. I appreciate your time and effort. Thank you once again!

So good, more Chandigarhians in Estonia!
Hei, Kalev kõlas piisavalt hästi 👍
Oww thank you for confirming!!
do you work for copany as a employee or freelancing cause for nomad visa they ask for company's contract and how did you proved it if u are a freelancer
When I applied, I was working for a company as an employee - so the documentation was easier. But even as a freelancer, you can show your upwork, your bank statements, linkedin or freelancing profile screenshots, contracts with your clients, etc. and that should do. tbh, the 1 yr visa from India is tough. I took 3 month visa via vfs and applied r 1 yr visa from Estonia
thankyou, I will try 3 months @@shreyamahendru_
@@Vipined Awesome, all the very best!
