Rug shopping in Spain | EES | Comarcon Torrevieja

This episode (2431) we head to to Comarcon in Torrevieja where we take a look at our first event of this type, meet some EXCELLENT Cosplay people (Deadpool was EXCELLENT!), advise people to exchange their residency for Biometric TIE for the upcoming EES to avoid delays, visit a beach in Guardamar del Segura and give an update on Bob´s allotment, with seeds donated by some FANTASTIC subscribers!
We also visit what used to be called "Carpet city"- Crevillent - but we struggled to find a carpet shop that was open, other than bazaars.
We managed to find one, though- and it had a fantastic range.

I thought Chesca's reaction to Andy's comment was priceless. I grow mushrooms in the UK but they have to be kept in moist dark conditions. Bobs garden reminds me that I have a polytunnel to attend to when we return to the Scotland next week

for the tomato on the tostada you are better off grating them rather than blitzing them.

These were too soft to grate but they still tasted fab, we put what was left in a pasta sauce.
