  • Day 2 was amazing. We rode 6 days total on this trip and all agreed that day 2 was the best. The plan was to do Poison Spider, Golden Spike and Metal Masher. We ended up doing all 3 plus a couple of others. It was another long and incredible day of riding and probably the most fun I have ever had out there. This is what we came for!

    Isn't it amazing what these things can do? You come up on a rock that you think you will just hit head on with your bumper but instead they just walk right up it. I love it. There are a lot of great places to stop that overlook the town of Moab, but if you're afraid of heights, not the best. 😅 It's a long way down. Great video Ryan. I like how you label the names of who's camera the view is from. Looking forward to watching more.

      We were shocked at how we were able to hit some of these ledges. It was a world of difference out there vs. being back at home. The traction was insane! Thanks for watching and commenting.

    Was it nice having traction for a change? How would u compare the difficulty between these trails and the ones u ride on back home?

    • @SouthernLandRiders
      @SouthernLandRiders  3 года назад +1

      Man it was a lot different. We did not do much hard stuff on day one so we really got a taste of the traction one day 2. At the first several rock sections on this trail it was so weird. We are used to hitting these type of ledges in the southeast totally different. It is all about momentum back home. We were able to slow crawl just about everything out there. We had a blast! I can't wait to go back next year.

      @@SouthernLandRiders I enjoy watching people from out west hitting trails in the east. I have never been out there but from what I see, it takes a better driver for the backwoods mountain trails and it's also harder on ur buggy.

      @@BradFizer yeah we have had like 3 or 4 go out over the past 2 months. The OEM one isn't made to handle the tune. I had to call walker evens to get the spacers. They apparently redesigned them several months back with a different material and the new ones seem better made.
