    I love this yacht! This will be my mine! I have only one mod that would be to the helm seat, I love my wife and would love to have a spot right next too me while we motor along. That is a must along with the addition of a grill aft. Wow I really cant stop watching this video. Thank you for the ride along great work.

    Toddlers will love that second cabin.
    I actually remember being around that age, and loving to crawl into small spaces like under tables, into boxes and stuff. I presume it's because when you are that size, everything is giant, because it's built for adults. So it's a welcome variety from the vast openness that a small family kitchen looks like, if you're literally three foot tall or shorter.
    Which means that if you're a young couple with a toddler, and the baby is at nana and granda's house, it's perfect.

    If you've had a chance to cruise Scandinavia a bit, summer or shoulder season, this design will especially appeal. We grew to appreciate how cruising there can be fun and fulfilling with 'just enough boat' while others - like us in our 42' ketch - aren't finding things nearly so 'easy'. What a treat to be aboard. Thanks, Jack.

    Actually, the way they designed the living quarters would be a selling point for me. The use of space and the open atmosphere are amazing given the size of the boat. I've seen so many much larger vessels that will make you feel like you are sitting in a barrel when you go down below. This one is beautifully thought out and executed!

    I absolutely love this boat, I’ve been drooling over it since the Cannes boat show. So practical and user friendly, love the joystick system, I would’ve preferred a larger SIMRAD display and the shower is a tad too small for my build. Beautiful build quality, as you’d expect from Marex. I think it’s the only one with a side door , too, an essential item for me. The clever way the rear canvas canopy stows away is amazing, why all boats builders don’t adopt it is a mystery. Thanks Jack.

    Considering I am almost never impressed by the newer generations idea of Naval Architecture this boat is an exception. I think it appeals to a more traditional boater as opposed to the guy in Miami that buys a boat based on how many colors the LEDs change. Ever notice those that buy boats with elliptical windows everywhere are the same people that just leave fenders out year round. Underway or at the dock. I really like the side decks taking off from the swim deck. Nice layout. Its also wise and rare to mix options from my mainstay Merc. With the mechanical nightmare that is Volvo just so newer boaters can learn an expensive lesson.

    I absolutely love how practical this boat is, but please don't put an electric outlet, just behind the top of a cook hob.
    Or a TV on the wall over the cooking hob.
    Steam and pot spills happens when cooking, even when on solid, dry land.
    That's a serious electrical fire hazard.
    The TV circuits are literally going to be drenched in steam.
    An electronic devices like TV's, require those air slits in the back of them.

    • @BilldalSWE
      @BilldalSWE 3 года назад

      The hub has a glass cover that fold up and work as a backsplash when in use. The lack of an extractor fan or at least a openable vent in the window behind the stove is the larger issue.

    • @davidodonovan1699
      @davidodonovan1699 3 года назад

      @@BilldalSWE No. An electronic device over a cooker, is definitely the bigger issue.
      Unless the TV is sealed into a water tight container, which still runs a risk from condensation building up inside it as it heats up, building condensation on the TV itself.
      Yes, the lack of an extracter fan over the cooker is an issue, but the electric circuits will become an issue, well before the condensation on the ceiling will.
      Also, that glass cover is inadequate to stop the spills flowing around it.

    I am wondering about insulation on boats in freezing weather.
    I notice how most of them seem to be single glazed windows, with little to no exterior wall thickness of an insulated wall.
    As someone who seen how mold grows in a warm room of a house, when an exterior wall or ceiling isn't properly insulated, I wonder how cold weather designed yaucts and cold weather boats in general deal with this both health and vessel maintenance hazard.
    I've literally dug into reach the concrete, not just the plaster and paint layers of a wall, to remove mold once. That's how much the living organism mold can literally dig into a surface.
    I've also seen a house with mold infestation so bad, that there was absolutely no question whatsoever, but the builders literally had to remove, the entire ceiling of some or maybe even all, of the rooms in that house.
