- Good evening! I decided to share with you my work, namely the process of building housings for acoustics Ural of the Warhead series! The material used 22 mm MDF, the case was glued at the time by a PVA carpenter, during gluing all the contours were glued with paper tape, then clamped with clamps! The ends were milled with a cutter 3 -koy, the front walls were made with the help of CNC, the first pancake turned out to be lumpy)) see the photo below! The body itself is painted with polyester primer and covered with acrylic enamel,

The boxes you made are exactly like SVS. very good workmanship. I only hope you will use top end drivers and do some tuning to finish off the best boxes I've ever seen built.
You need a straight edge to "register" your pieces up against. I saw a cabinet maker that used an iron I beam, almost like a piece of railroad track. Heavy, so it wouldn't move around while you're aligning your pieces against it.

That finish looks pretty nice, and consistent. Did you glue wash the mdf prior to spraying them?

Imo you should have done a good wet sand from 1000grit 2000 then 3000.. Then hit them with a quality clear. Wet sand again 3000grit. Then hand buffed with compound and finished it off with a foam polish pad and good wax or polish.
Would take care of that ugly orange peal.

How did you cut each piece of wood? How did you angle shaped the edges to match each other at 45 degrees? What thick of MDF did you use? .....or did you just buy a kit already prepare to be assemble by yourself?

And most importantly, what type of crossover and name of parts did you use for those.?
The boxes are exactly the same as SVS boxes which are in the top 5 in the world.
As far as bookshelf boxes go, it simply just caint get any better than what you did in your video.
He used the following car-audio drivers from the manufacturer stated in the video description which is the top result on google when you do a search:

@@marcinflorek5611 the base was just primer, and the black was the acrylic! Silver gun was a flg 5, and the orange spraygun was a tel a prolight.

Дядька, глядя на твою работу со столярным ПВА могу тебе порекомендовать попробовать поработать с полиуретановым ПВА клеем (например AkFix или Soudal, я на вайдбериес покупаю, т.к. в моём городе в строительных магазинах ничего подобного не предлагают). В отличии от столярного классического ПВА на водной основе, который набирает силу склеивания под давлением (а струбцинами ты не пользуешься), полиуретановый ПВА в сжатии не нуждается.
Скажи пожалуйста, шпон ты в интернет магазине покупаешь? Если да, то в каком?
