good cottage but prices were realy very high more than expectations. in this budget one can easily earn 4 to 5 lacs a month.

4000 /- per square feet rate is too very high, can you please share how much percentage of area is constructed as built up area will be mostly 30 -40 % maximum of total 1100 gaj means 9900 square feet ... ???
Seems to be very high expectations on budget though good design & decorated with that time of design ..... price is not based on ground reality on built up area ... as house seems had built more then 10-20 years back based on interior & needed some renovations & much maintence accordingly as well. Which will add further cost overall as well.
