8-Year-Old Girl Discovers Viking Sword In Lake That Dates 1,500 Years

An eight-year-old girl made an amazing discovery when she was swimming, when she found what turned out to be a pre-Viking sword that’s expected to be about 1,500 years old. The Minnesota native, Saga Vanecek initially thought it was a stick stuck at the bottom of the lake in Sweden. But when she pulled it out, it had a handle and a point. So she knew she was holding something else.
