MQB platform cars like the Golf are very stable at speed. Close to BMW 3er in terms of stability in my opinion. Also not too loud inside with higher end models, lower models like Trendline however have little soundproofing so can get noisy above 130kmh.

old comment but is better to have high rpm (2500-4000) when driving hard then low RPM that will result in knocking and more wear on transmission etc. 6 gear is for fuel economy and is often called overgear (not meant to accelerate with but to maintain speed)

It depends on the use you make of it, consumption is low and if you travel alone it is perfect both on highways and in the city, the performances are perfect for normal use: safe overtaking and easily reaches "high speeds", but have something underneath the ass that gives you a little more for a little more money in the end is not bad... Even the management costs are only a little higher I think. Overall this is very pleasant to drive, you just never get satisfied hahahaha. If I had the 2.0 150 hp I would have wanted the GTD
O defeito maior que encontrei é que pelos vistos o golf 7 ja nao tem bi massa! E por isso faz uma ressonancia ao circular em marcha lenta quando se vira bastante a direcção na zona das rodas como se fosse o barulho das rotolas... alguem sabe se é normal.
Sim, Golf 7 com 1.6 TDI não tem bi-massa, mas não é por isso que faz o ruído ao curvar, principalmente para a esquerda. O problema está no apoio da caixa de velocidades, que fica por baixo da bateria. As borrachas começam a ganhar folga com poucos KM, o que gera a ressonância / vibração quando o motor se move. Normalmente a referencia do apoio é 5Q0199555BG

Klar, geht auch diese Fahrweise aufs Material, aber wenn man das selten mal mit einem Auto macht ist das kein Problem, da brauchst du dir auch keine Sorgen machen, dass da im Video mal was am Auto kaputt geht. Ich glaub der Mann weiß was er macht.

No.I have same car,160 is ok .revs are around 3000rpm.so dont worry.just drive

I am an owner. 2400 if you are based on the odometer's 130 km/h, 2500 rpm less or more if you are at 130 km/h real (scored by a gps).

For some markets there are lower restrictions. In germany its generally 250 and only sometimes lower.
