Its very good game ngl but to be frankly honest, there's kinda alot of things that need some consideration like voice dialogue, movement, animation, plot, etc. It deserves more than that.
I just hope there'll be more patches for it in the future update.
I though it will be a horror game, but as a Indonesia citizen i think it's funny, the lady from Linda's "kosan" the way her talk in Sunda, she is pretty funny

I think the ending is kinda lame and we don't get enough resolution of what happened and what will happen.

The ending is one of the most bizzare and awkward especially what Siska did... I only began to understand her motivation, then she just kills the snake demon, that she worked so hard to resurrect (WHY??? and even more importantly HOW??? Did Siska became more powerful than the keeper of the dark? When how was Linda able to kill Siska???) and when Linda kills her, she says "that was unexpected"... Really? I thought Siska was suposed to be a smart character, but she didn't think linda would want revenge for her friends and all the shit she was put through -_____- Yeah, bye-bye character writing, motivation and story in general.
Basically, she revived then killed the demon to gain her power, so she can gain control on the other side.
She probably expects Linda to come along with her plan, join her side.
Unfortunately, killing her friends obviously isn't the right way to do it. Yeah, she ain't that bright

yooa .m I like Linda’s new design here but, DreadOut is the much more interesting game. DreadOut 2 didn’t hook me as much as the first one did.

Why everybody keep giving hate comment huh? The gameplay is just totally fine okay.. So to be honest.. I don't understand the ending.. Like.. What is actually the reason why Linda's friends are died? It is because of ghost? But why their other friends like blaming Linda about it?
If you saw DreadOut 1, you can see that Siska was the one who killed all his friends, and Linda was the only one left out alive. Since she was the only one that survived, the classmates thought she was involved with their deaths (or thats what I understand)
Those comments are from christians and catholic people's, not from regular anti fans reviews, because christians and catholic people's deeply hate magic and hate the terms of spiritual entities movies and games, christians and catholic people's cannot like anything about folklore magical beings or ghosts
I can't stand watching you fighting the ghosts. Keep your distance from them you are way too close know they're pattern it's no wonder Linda's getting hurt
not sure if anybody notices, but the phone screen also indicates whether or not if an enemy is nearby.

Yeah, agree. This player does not experience how to fight with the camera. He should read fight tutorial such as avoid, hold/press the camera, read the devil's move, etc. Very sad to see he fight with the ghost T_T
this game contains the element from The outlast, resident evil, the beast inside etc, all in one.

Linda became a badass since the first game.
This is some beautiful horror here. I don't mind reading subs; I do it all the time actually
But even if the half silent dialogue annoyed me, it's the atmosphere and tension that makes up for it
It's not cheap jumpscares overuse of gore and generic creepy imagery
There's setups and payoffs and instead of screaming "danger" at you in some places, it gives you just enough to feel uneasy and let them grow over time, until it reaches a head
Although a month late it's time to binge your series during quarantine when I finish my uni work thanks for all the content you put out tooth! Really thankful for it now to avoid cabin fever.

Wow never thought of going nuts on the saw guy like that on the second battle. I just kept my distance then when she coughs I moved the camera behind me facing him. I swing my axe at him which if timed right made it so he couldn't hit me but I think I like your method better. though I don't get how you charge your camera so fast? Mines no where near that fast did tweak something in game?

Hey Wolftooth ever thought about doing a Q&A, I've always wondered what your voice sounded like
Overall, I did enjoy watching Dreadout 2 more than Dreadout 1 due to the better graphics, more interesting actions, puzzles and fight scenes, the boss fights and the Easter eggs (The Land Lady lol 😂), while Dreadout 1 is a bit too gloomy and dark for my taste.
But the 2 main things I wish the developers would have improved with this game are the dialogue between characters, and most importantly: the ending. While they did give us some background on Linda and the source of her supernatural powers, the ending didn’t give us any explanation on what happened at all, Siska just got stabbed and killed, and that’s it... which is somewhat disappointing for all that you’ve been through...

This is kinda like Silent Hill when the game whole place changes. The next day your back in the real world, and then your back to the creepy place again.
More like shifting world sequences, and I think this game 90% is from Silent Hill 4 The room and Silent Hill first series

Very disappointed with the game. The plot is a mess. And I can't tell when characters are supposed to speak English, Indonesian or demonic. But I liked Saskia's VA a lot, she did a great job.
I like this full gameplay video since no commentary is inserted that ruin these video itself

The game is good but man, they need to polish it more. So many lacks here and there.
Voice acting should be in Indonesian and provide with major language subs
It is because the game is created in Indonesia and not made in England so don't you ever complain about playing it just because NPC speaks Indonesian
If the next game was made. Linda would probably be more skilled in MELEE weapon. But might lack RANGE one, not her Camera

This is the trailer link for the Dreadout version of the film that aired in 2019, now in this first film it starts with character introduction, the storyline in the next film is then linked to the game version Dreadout 1 then Dreadout 2, maybe there will be 3 Dreadout Movies later
The game's nice, but I just can't stand games that have silent dialogues. One language is enough, it doesn't even have to be English. Hire some passionate voice actors and let them do the voices. Don't go for professionals or celebrities, they require waaay too much money for this kind of job.

I always love Linda, she is gorgeous and very silent person that can not speak from the first DreadOut game.
She's cute in this game I'll give, but Dreadout 1 looked much more attractive
However that's the point, this is Linda in this game after going through a horrendous incident, it makes sense she wouldn't be as focused on her appearance, plus Linda in Dreadout 1 was overly attractive to the point it took away from the game a bit

They call Kuyang ghost is a stealthy figure in the form of a human head with organs in the body that hang without skin. This figure is said to fly around looking for baby's blood or the blood of women after giving birth.)

Remember, this is an indie game, what do you imagine? but I hope this game will be better, because in my opinion this game has potential.
