There's nothing better than having a steak once you get off your shift.
No foil is needed when you finish cooking just let it sit. You lost the firm crust when you put foil on top. What you did is steam the steak and soften it. Great looking steak though!!!! Also I'm sure its still delicious!

@@isuckatchess1129 i tried it with two picanhas at a festival, one with the foil one without, try it ;-) also tested the cutting with and against the muscles huge difference.
