Honestly the most interesting thing for me was to see how much force they put to the ground because it was clear to see it
David Nguyen That is really interesting. The Ground was extra soft too so they had to put extra power into their tricks than normal.
Woah, you guys really chose a sick location to do this at. Looks like you guys are in a empty sandbox world.
Jetrin Lee Thank you! It does look like an empty sandbox. 😂 The Salt Flats is one of our favorite locations to film at.
Kuma Films I used to live near there. It is one if my very favorite places on earth. A great place to film. The landscape is ethereal and breath taking. The flats are not soft. Those acrobats are hitting the ground pretty hard. Such a cool art.
Jetrin Lee go to the salt flats in Utah if you ever get the chance. Its beauty is mind blowing. If you walk out into the water and look away from the road, you will feel like you’re on another planet. Sound is absorbed by the flats and the mountains around are astonishing. Worth traveling to see👍🏼
I can't imagine the amount of dedication this takes. Respect to everybody who is willing to work so hard for this. And respect to you guys for filming it so beautifully.
Ioanna Elia Thank you. This was a really fun one to shoot. They are all amazing athletes!
salar the uyuni is ca 4000m high too :D
The Tricking community has alot of hidden talent the world has never seen, maybe one day the sport will be mainstream and more recognizable someday.
Hope you're all doing good! Where's everyone from?
Kuma Films Cold Canada.
from america but my parents from vietnam
India!!
Pakistan
California
1:06 - 1:17 That dude must have has been doing this since age 2.
Green Apple Right! His movement looks so effortless!
That was the most impressive to me
Yeah, looks clean and "fluid"
That guy right there is Sebastian White, hasn't been Tricking for that many years but he is an exceptional movement artists and so are many other amazing great athletes no one knows..
then you guys should see shosei iwamoto xD
Flips and kicks in the desert is social distancing done right 👍🏼
Scuba Bro Hahaha it totally is. 😂
Beautiful video with the Bonneville Salt Flats backdrop
They make it look so easy
these guys man....theeeese guuuuuuuuys!!!!!!!!!
Jumping over the sun never looked so easy 🌟
Love that the one guy used the ribbons to really emphasize the flow of his movements.
tstymctst Adam is the man! The ribbons were such a good idea.
tstymctst exactly what I thought !!
Greetings to you from Egypt🇪🇬🇪🇬✌💖
Best. Channel. Ever.
scorpleeon Thank you! You’re the best!
As a passionate tricker of quite a few years experience, this is one of my favorite videos of yours to date! You really represented the beauty of the sport well!
Twinception Productions Thank you, that means a lot. We’re stoked you enjoyed it!
Sir how many years to learn THIS POWER
We want some magic or cardustry stuff, this flipping and flying in the air stuff seems impossible to me 😂😂❤
Achraf Er-ramy Hahaha done deal. We love making cardistry videos! 🙌🏼
Hey Guys! That was fun to watch! I used to be a gymnasts and I can say this. When you can tumble fairly effortlessly like that, it is soooooo fun! Have fun y’all! Stay safe and well! ❤️💜💚
Awesome job guys!
Nick Sales Aye Nick! Thanks brother! 🙌🏼
this is AMAZING guys 😳👍👍👍
I just wanted dude with the ribbons to keep on going. 😆🤙
exelente trabajo
It is incredible to see each video that you make, the enormous work dedicated to them is appreciated, thank you especially in these times of confinement where watching each video again brings nostalgia and encouragement to continue.
stay safe!
Dario Toledo Thank you so much man! We appreciate the love and support, It means a lot. Hope you’re doing good!
O melhor, parabéns
I did a version of this falling down the stairs while walking to class in 8th grade 😎
No Its Not Magic Hahaha would’ve loved to see that. Hope you were ok though. 😅
Incredible! If only you were able to catch the salt flats after it rained, it would've looked amazing
Airwing It’s beautiful when that happens! It’s a mess for your equipment hahaha but the shots are definitely worth the risk and clean up.
Whoever is reading this, I hope you have an amazing day. Stay safe, stay radiant ❤️
Adnan Jelani Thanks man! Hope you are safe and healthy and have an amazing day as well!
@@kumakumafilms amen mate 🌹
Молодцы пацаны,.
Looks like a mighty salty workout to me. Whew! As always, beautifully and thoughtfully curated imagery for our enjoyment! Much love!! ♥ :D
Gorgeous and inspirational!
eric robinson Thank your we’re so stoked you enjoyed it! 🙌🏼
Great video as usual!! Just a curiosity: in the first shot are you zooming out while moving forward? 'cause I've never seen a dolly zoom effect on such a scale and I can't tell since there are few references being the foreground so uniform
PJMasaiGG Yup, that’s exactly what we did. We did it in post by filming in 4K then digitally zooming out while the drone flew forward.
@@kumakumafilms I see, thanks for the reply! It's interesting to me since I never considered such a possibility: using the digital zoom to obtain a dolly zoom. It definitely is much more controllable on set than dooing an actual optical zoom. Of course it works well because you shot in 4K, otherwise the image would loose sharpness. At the same time it is partly different from an optical zoom since the focal length doesn't change while zooming, therefore I guess that with more objects in the foreground it would provide a different feeling. I definitely have to think about it!
Great content as always! Stay healthy and safe!
Grill Wasabi Sushi Channel Thank you! Hope you’re safe and healthy as well!
Bolivia?
Wondering if i can be fluid like them ..
You can with diligent practice:)
This channel is so underrated... meanwhile trash channels makes 6534634634 views, so sad. I've been following u guys since ur beggining and the quality even improved! Slow mo looks like 1000fps D;
JEsterCW Yo! Thanks for sticking with us all these years! Yeah it’s pretty sad a lot of channels like ours are really being effected negatively by RUclips’s new algorithm. It’s getting harder to keep channels like this going. But we’ll keep doing our best to keep content coming as long as we can. As long as there are still a few people like you who still enjoy watching our videos we’ll keep making them. Thanks again for all the love and support. You’re the best! 🙌🏼
@@toddo2018 Much Love buddy🤗❤
Nice background view.
Nice cinematography
Nice edit
Over all 👌👌👌
Wow...so awesome. I love your content! Keep it up and salute from Germany.
A. S Thank you, we really appreciate it! Much love from Utah.
Great job on the backlighting. Surreal environment and beautiful camera work. Amazing as always!
zede77 Thank you so much! 🙌🏼 Love us some good backlight lol.
Wow! Those guys are sick! (Very skilled and impressive not ill) and to film in the flats like that, what a great place to highlight just the performance. No other background to distract the eye. Another amazing video Kuma Films. Thank you!
wuju style
ZesuRodriguez 😄
Is this Uyuni - Bolivia?
Enrique Gallo We filmed this at the Salt Flats in Utah. Do you guys have a similar place in Bolivia?
When i watch your video, i want to do everything your work. it's amazing :)
You should make another art of ninja one. I’ve watched it so many times and I’m also in love with free line skates sooo yea 🙏😊😚
Who love their pen spinning videos?? Specailly the led one 😁😁
Spin verse Thank you! We need to make another pen spinning video when all this craziness settles down.
@@kumakumafilms really?? It will be so cool. I love pen spinning.😍😍😍🤩
Keep going Guys Great work I hope they download a video a week, GO KUAM Film
*yes im after "First, second, third" bullshit*
Avin 0_0 Hahaha 😂
@@kumakumafilms thankyou for replying😊
One more thing your videos are very satisfying and hypnotic.
I have olso a youtube channel
TheBottleCutter Hell yeah! 🙌🏼
I’m I the only one who imagines these dudes as bosses at the end of a video game?
This is what I want my projects to look like in the future.
Just few seconds from upload and somebody already disliked this video? What a douche
As for myself apart from usual pleasure from wathsing you videos, I especially liked colors in the beginning and transition at 1:03 It just blew my mind
vVPhaetonVv Hahaha seriously we’ve gotten pretty used to it. 😅 That shot is our favorite too, the light was just right at that moment.
This 3 minute video turned into 30 because I kept rewinding it watch them do it again.
where is this?
Saleh Cheema This was at the Salt Flats in Utah.
I read the title and thought this is about a ninja who is bitter and salty because of modern times where theres nothing for ninjas to do..
That is such a cool art form🤩and so beautiful!
One day the sport will known worldwide!:)
James Cam that would be great! It reminds me of the flow arts of which I am a part of. It requires strength and agility but is so visually tasty☺️💕
What is name this motions?
اسم این حرکات چیه ؟
How many times did they flick tiny grains of salt into their eyes?
I love you guys, you always showing me a lot of things I love and soon I should be able to do
The action is fine but the video editor overdone with slomo in my opinion.
What is that move called at 1:09 ? The low 1 handed thing so I can learn it.
Great vid man. You never fail to impress
Thomas Tran Thanks man! We really appreciate it! 🙌🏼
you are another butterfly knife video
How can you still film something?
Lea Jul We can’t unfortunately. We filmed this before all this craziness happened.
@@kumakumafilms oh ok im exited for more but if you didnt record anything else before corona its probably not going to be that soon
amazing slow-mo shots. the ribbons tied were a cool touch. However my OCD kicked in and I couldn't help but think they were like un-tied shoelaces, and they were going to trip.
umar farooq Hahaha I can definitely see those doing that to some people. 😂
Why the socks in the sand though?
Some gorgeous cinematography! And those moves are mesmorizing. You guys always outdo yourselves
song expectation :(
Where is this
eyonex This is at the Salt Flats in Utah.
Great job as always Todd and bro! These shots are sooo amazing! So glad you guys came out and filmed last year! We'll have to have you come out when we do it again!
Love this 😍
E. T. Brothers Aye, thanks! 🙌🏼
They're performing Eddy Gordo's combos
Tricking has capoeira elements into the sport so it isn't so farfetched from Tekken😅
😆👍
Wow Amazing 💥❤
Where is this place
Flips & Ribbons
Amazing as always.
Rob Playing Games Thanks man, we appreciate it!
Nice bro
How come some of them chose to wear socks?
Mikey Not sure? We were filming on Salt Flats, maybe they didn’t want to get their feet all salty?
Kuma Films then why take off their shoes?
Mikey Hahaha solid point. 😂 Less weight when you’re tricking but not directly touching the salt with your feet? I’ll have to ask them next time we see them hahaha.
most trickers are use to tricking barefoot, so socks would come in handy while tricking on the Salt Flats
Ahhhhh so good!!!
I love tricking content, keep it up guys
Yess
Complete happiness. Thank you for posting. It brought a smile to my face while working from home all day. The color bands the guy put on in the beginning really accentuated everything he did and made him, movement, & the wind all appear as one. All of you shine as bright as the sun behind you. Stay safe & be well. XOXOXO from Chicago !
Jason V. Thanks for the kind words Jason, we really appreciate it. Hope you’re doing well and are staying safe as well my friend.
KO. Eddie Gordo wins...
I miss the friendly outros you used to do
:D thank you. That makes us really happy to hear that. We definitely want to and need to start doing them again. It probably sounds a bit weird but both of us are still pretty uncomfortable talking in front of the camera and think we look and sound dumb hahaha. 😅 So a lot of times we get too anxious and don’t end up doing it. Thank you for letting us know. That helps give us more confidence. We’ll try and start saying hi more regularly. 🙌🏼
Got here when there's 3views :))
Boy MYC Hahaha aye! Thanks for getting here so early. 😄
This was incredible! They really know how to shift their body weight
Its all about technique, experience, and momentum!:)
Been a minute since I saw the videos on this channel! So many to binge watch now.
