To get rid of blood stains, leave an ice cube on top. once the ice is fully melted, blot the stain away. The ice tears apart the blood on a cellular level. Works every time for me. ❤
Can confirm. This is what they told me at a hospital too. Either ice or really cold water. It worked amazingly on my husband's hoodie, which had gotten quite stained from the IV after they removed it and didn't place the bandage correctly😅
Yea, mounting the pegboard behind the sewing space is probably more realistic than squeezing around the table and crib every time you need something! It will probably help you to keep the sewing and command center surfaces less cluttered too during projects
Me 2 days ago: I love the tulip shade but I’m sure I could DIY it. Wonder if someone has a video on RUclips Today Wendy has shown me a way. Not as quick manifesting as the rug buyer but pretty darn close.
We have black-out clip-on blinds in our bedroom which might be a good solution for your door. They clip onto the top of the window frame, so you can still open it even with the blinds down.
Wendy - I'm so glad when you come back. I love watching you figure out your space, your life, your projects and your growing family. I'm an old lady (well, 63 1/2) but I love watching you.
I've said it before, our lives have mirrored each other over the past 10 years. Now I hear your daughter say, "do you need some space?" Just like mine does. I love that!✨️ congrats on the new room and new babe!
you could instead attach the blind to the door. That way, the light-dripping gaps won't be as large, and you can also use the door without having to pull the blind up all the time.
Yea I had a wooden blinds attached directly to my door with a window. The blinds were functional and a pleasant texture in the room. I'm sure the current setup is a stop gap, but the shade coming down from the ceiling in front of the door looks odd. In the same vein, can you really use the paper roller backdrops anymore with the crib under? Might need to call it on those too and just pull those off the ceiling while you're at it
Even easier to screw two of those little threaded circular hooks into the frame either side of the door glass, stretch a curtain wire with the matching hooks between the two eyelet hooks, and sew a small blackout lined curtain to match the new light shade in the same gingham. It would look a lot better and be quicker to open and close, I think.
For set in blood stains on my clothes, I’ve used this product called “Grandma’s Secret Spot Remover”. Dab a bit on, a light scrub, and I’ve thrown in the wash as normal. I’m sure you could just spot clean with it too.
for the nose bleed and other similar stains, i use "fiel de boeuf" soap from starwax, i believe it is beef bile soap in english. Works for blood, wine, grease, grass etc. All the difficult stains ! It was a massive game changer for me; as I don't care if I stain anything anymore :)
Love that lampshade thing, it gave me so many ideas! For blood stains, I use a spray called Tide Rescue. It's hard to find, but it is AMAZING, removed old set-in stains from a white blanket like they were never there.
Couple solutions for your nose bleed stain *Enzyme cleaner from home depot (might be called septic tank cleaner) diluted... Amazing stuff for any human waste stuff or protein *Hand sanitizer *Blue Dawn *Tooth paste... The one with whitening and baking soda *First pour small amount of vinegar to saturate the stain, dump on some baking soda and spot scrub
AAAAAAA yess I've just been rewatching a bunch of your old videos in the studio apartment, crazy how time flies! Bedtime for me now but I'm coming straight back tomorrow morning!
I absolutely need to try that lampshade idea! Did Google recommend the spit trick for getting blood out? I don't know if it will help with an old stain (I saw it recommended for if you're sewing with white fabric and poke yourself with the pins or needle), but basically you spit on it and rub that in, and the enzymes in the saliva break down the blood. I've had a nosebleed in my sleep and gotten the blood out of my pillowcase that way.
For blood, I use hydrogen peroxide, but the dilution you can buy at the store is usually not strong enough, so I give the stained item to my dry cleaner for them to take out the stain (they should have a much stronger dilution).
Seconding the hydrogen peroxide. But if it's super set in, it may not work as well. In which case, I'd try for soaking it with a thick solution of OxiClean and letting it air-dry before rinsing out with clear water, then repeating if necessary.
I took over my husbands office because he wasn’t using it and made it my sewing space. Things changed and he needed the office back so the guest room is now dual purpose with my computer and sewing space. It worked out really well. Great to see you back! ❤
That's seems like a super short-term solution for baby - he's going to be standing and grabbing at everything in his reach real soon. Does that mean your current home doesn't have enough rooms for two kids? Does that mean you will be looking for a bigger home soon? Just thinking ahead ....
Theyre probably thinking about this :D but I think Marla has her room, if its big enough the two could live in there once the baby get a bit bigger and has a similar sleeping pattern. I love seeing people make their houses work, not everyone can afford/want a mcmansion
You're doing a fantastic job! I need some advice: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
Welcome back! Love the content, so glad everyone is happy and healthy!❤ Not a huge fan of the sponsorship transition at 2:16 though... I know you say they sent it to you, and at the video you mention that it's a sponsorship, but in the moment, and especially watching in the background, it's hard to tell what is and isn't an ad. I love that you work with brands that work for you, and that fit in your lifestyle, but this feels like hiding the ball. I think adding some text about the sponsorship would help.
For blood stains I have tried many things that don't work 🥲 but stain devils the blood one works great! It even takes out old stains (their ink one is also great honestly all of them are amazing)
It sounds weird but… spit on the blood stain. Enzymes in spit will dissolve blood stains. I’m not sure if it can be yours or it has to be Marla’s, though… that could be trickier!
Have your daughter spit on the blood stains her emzines of her saliva will break down the blood stains.. my daughter had a nose bleed on her bedding and nothing got rid of it until she spit on the stain.
That’s pretty strange, baby crib in the laundry, sewing, back door, office room. How about annexing part of the living room for a sewing area, and a corner for a desk somewhere else? This is your livelihood.
"do you guys need some space?"
omg my little heart
What kind of intelligence does this little cutie have...
Glad you guys are doing well! I'm also so happy that you blur your kids' faces. Thank you for protecting their privacy. God bless ❤

or use hydrogen peroxyde

What about oil stains?
That won't leave an ashy residue stain
I just use dawn and water, scrub a little and it always comes out
It's so good!! My only suggestion would be moving the peg board to the wall beside your sewing table. But I love all the little touches
Welcome back! 🙌✨️
I think the pegboard needs to be closer to where you work/sew... I feel theres risk for things to drop into the crib 😅
Yea, mounting the pegboard behind the sewing space is probably more realistic than squeezing around the table and crib every time you need something! It will probably help you to keep the sewing and command center surfaces less cluttered too during projects
She's baaaack!!! wooohoooo!!!!
Congrats on the safe delivery and little Oscar 🙃

our brains are all slowly melding together 😳

Welcome back Wendy!! Such a privilege and pleasure to see your family grow. Can’t wait to see what you have planned for us next!!
I've said it before, our lives have mirrored each other over the past 10 years. Now I hear your daughter say, "do you need some space?" Just like mine does. I love that!✨️ congrats on the new room and new babe!

Stop I was advertised this light as well and told my husband and thought I could make that! Yes WENDY!!!
My grandma had a whole set of jean pantry storage containers that match the planter
GURL THAT PLASTIC PULL ON THE MOINTOR IS SO SATISFYING AND SMOOTHHHHH! I'm not ashamed to say I replayed it a few times
Glad you’re back. Congratulations on your growing family.
You’re *SEW* back 😂

Love the little moments of Oscar-vision!

Welcome back Wendy!!! 🎉
Welcome back.

We missed you! You look gorgeously gorgeous!
So glad to have you back!

hooray for uploading it right in time black friday! really enjoyed it 🧡
thanks
Hydrogen peroxide is really good at getting blood stains out
aaahhhh we've missed you 😌🤍
Welcome back!!
Well set in blood will come out with peroxide. Let it sit there and keep adding.
Love the light cover, but I’d have ironed it before putting it up :)
the easiest way I have gotten blood out of carpet is dawn dish soap, water, a srubby brush, and elbow grease.
Warm salt water for the blood, blot sponge onto a towel underneath
Excellent enjoyable video!
Nice!
for blood stains what works for me is either salt bath or hydrogen peroxide and wash of the clothing item.

Those scissors though?? He’s going to be banging on that wall any day now
I love your choker necklace with all the different levels of chains on it. It goes with so many of your outfits, may I ask where it is from?
You need to soak the rug overnight in an oxygen bleach stain remover
It uses enzymes to bread down the protein in the blood
Hi. Where is the keyboard from?
Hi! ✨
Welcome back. Great job!
omg i didn't know you were in the LGTV community
hydrogen peroxide is usually what you use to remove blood stains 😉
You're doing a fantastic job! I need some advice: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
Folex for the bloodstains?
Does anyone know where her silver necklace is from? With the dangley thingies
Do you do a private youtube stream to monitor your baby from another room ? Advanced baby monitor
hydrogen peroxide works great for blood stains!
❤❤❤
🎠🎠🎠
For dried blood professionals use hydrogen peroxide.

Try hydrogen peroxide on the blood stain.
Why is he sleeping in the laundry room?
