Here you've got Triton willingly signing a contract thus giving Ursula his trident and crown, and Eric rowing out to open ocean armed only with a harpoon and a heart of gold. They both showed their love for Ariel in different ways.

Well, all Ursula ever wanted was to get revenge on Triton for exiling her from his kingdom, so why turn it down? Also, Eric is a villain.

2:12 this is no doubt the defining moment that makes Ursula one of the most special and magnificent villans that Disney ever created because she legitimately deserves sympathy for feeling unloved most other villans claim they feel unloved so they’re evil but even so they treat others around them so badly that they deserve their issues Ursula actually cared so much about her henchmen so she is capable of kindness towards those who legitimately care about her

@@Markie375 She is near pure good, I already explained to you what the term meant. There is really no conclusive reason but it is implied in The Little Mermaid television series episode “Heroes” that the reason for Triton unlawfully kicking her out is that she led her kind to attack the kingdom with a trident. If that was what happened, then that sounds prejudicial of Triton.

Uh no smh they revived her for descendants 2 she is umas mother and uma is her daughter. ( I watched Disneys descendants with my kids over the weekend , on Disney XD they know everything there is to know about the franchise, that’s how I know because i started a conversation with them ) i myself am not really into it for but if it’s to spend more time with my kids then yeah ill step up to the plate and be a better dad and the person they want me to be

*Ariel:* (shocked; suddenly, she hears her father's voice in her head)
*King Triton (voice):* Ariel. Ariel! Can you hear me?
*Ariel:* Daddy?
(flashback; showing Ariel concentrating her powers with her father, while Flounder, Sebastian, and her sisters watching her)
*Ariel:* (fires her powers at the rock-like object or something, but suddenly it wasn't enough, and sigh) Not enough.
*King Triton:* It's okay, my daughter. You tried.
*Ariel:* It's too hard. I'll never be better like my Mom. (starts crying) I wish she was here and alive.
*King Triton:* I know, Ariel. We all missed her too.
*Ariel:* How am I gonna get it right, Daddy? How?!
*King Triton:* One day, Ariel. You will control it, and you will become a Princess just like your mother.
*Ariel:* (starts smiling) I'll do it. I will do my best, Daddy.
*King Triton:* (laughing) That's my girl.
*Ariel:* Okay, let's do it. (Both Ariel and King Triton continue training their powers again. While Flounder, Sebastian, and her sisters watching and smiling)
(Flashback ends)
*Ariel:* (finally snap out of it, glowing bright blue, grabbing a fork and a smoke pipe from the ground)
*Ursula:* (fires King Triton's trident at Ariel. Suddenly, a smoke pipe become a shield to protect herself) What?!
*Eric:* (watching Ariel and Ursula) Ariel?
*Ariel:* (turning a fork into a Trident, and speaking in telepathy) Eric, share my power with me. We can take down Ursula together.
*Eric:* (nod his head)
*Ariel:* (using her singing and melody with her shield to fire at Ursula as a distraction)
*Ursula:* Gaaahhhhhh!!!!!
*Ariel:* (fires her Trident at Eric and the shipwreck)
*Eric:* (starts moving the shipwreck towards Ursula)
*Ariel:* This is for my Daddy!
(Both Ariel use her Trident and Eric use the shipwreck to kill and stab Ursula together once and for all)
*Ursula:* (gets stabbed, hits the shipwreck, sink in the water, disappear and die. While Eric and Ariel escape)
Flounder and Sebastian: (watching Ursula died)
(Ariel appear at the rocks resting, while Eric appear at the beach/shore and resting too)
(After Ursula's death, everyone at her lair turn back to normal, and King Triton got his crown and Trident back too)
(Next scene, Ariel is watching Eric between the rocks and the beach/shore, while King Triton and Sebastian were watching her too.)
