Ok, so, electrician chiming in, and I don't mean US 6 weeks certified, I mean I'm a journeywoman, here's the thing:
By and large these kinds of devices are designed to be within safe voltage ranges. But if you have a preexisting heart condition stay at 30%. And in general stop when your heartrate shoots up beyond 160 unless you physically have someone there who can supervise and in an emergency call an ambulance.
When I watch that final shock, I'm torn between being worried and wanting to see an edit of it in super-slo-mo with Scott Walker's "The Electrician" playing in the background.

Yeah, I know women tend to be like, "this is nothing compared to my period" when it comes to pain, but there comes a point where it goes from funny to hard to watch. And, even from an intense workout, that kind of heart rate would be pushing your body pretty hard. Maybe not dangerous on rare occasion, but still...
when I saw the number 180. I thought for a second that that was referring to the systolic blood pressure. (180 is still very high for systolic blood pressure, but it's not unheard of). ive never heard of a 180 bpm heart rate before.
its still somewhat below what is considered dangerous for her? as a rule of thumb, a person's heart rate should never exceed 220 - their age. so for cotton that would be about 200 to 195 bpm give or take.

To be fair as far as im aware. Shocking for donos or even using one on twitch is against TOS. Sort of like how shots for subs is. To get around this i have seen some people do streams on... other... sites.
i would assume it was partially the self-shock part the fact they showed a Heart Monitor on stream during it, and mixed with the blood curdling screams, they couldn't play it off as "teehee i was only pretending to be shocked, they weren't on". can't say i really blame twitch for not wanting the vod that without visuals sounded a bit like a badly scripted Sn--f film though...

My guess its people saying this went too far and how the whole shock collar thing is getting out of control. That final shock was a bit too much, that looked painful.
Considering your bpm at 200 its recommended to seek medical attention immediately, I'd wage the twitch mods had to make a call on that, wouldn't be surprised if this kind of content become banned after this

Shocking people is such a stupid amount of fun. Assuming they have the spacer (always have the spacer) Anything 50 and below should have no visible effects on the leg. Anything above is quite the wallop. 70 usually brings people that are drunk to their knees. I never had the balls to hit some one with 100. Drunk or not. (Note: When the person was drinking it actually helped with tolerance. By the end of the night i kept to 70 but put the duration up)
Highly recommend.
