- Hi everyone! I'm CATHY HERRMANN and WELCOME to my channel! 🙂
In today's video, my Mama faced her FEAR!!! Ever since my Papa passed away back in 2007 due to drowning in the ocean, my Mama never took a swim in the sea again. :-( But in today's video. during her birthday, Mama decided that she has to move on from that traumatic experience that we had and face her fear to be able to enjoy the sea once again. She loved the ocean ever since she was a child and I'm so happy and proud of my Mama that she was able to face her fear and be reunited with her love of swimming which was also one of her favorite activities with Papa. I know that Papa was proudly watching down from heaven on Mama during this special moment! :)
Our dogs, Spatzi & Nutella, also had their FIRST SWIM with us in this video! Their reactions to their first dip in the ocean was priceless!
I must say that this video is indeed full of precious & beautiful memories!!!!

Hello! Thank you 😊 Maganda at malinaw ang dagat sa Calatagan. During the time we went maraming seagrass at nakakita din kami ng different varieties of small fish, which indicates that the sea's ecosystem is still in tact. Mababaw ang dagat sa may unahan which makes it perfect for swimming ng mga bata. Hindi rin biglang lumalalim. Dahan-dahan lang ang paglalim niya kaya hindi nakakatakot. May mga shells sa beach at hindi rin pinong-pino ang buhangin, pero maganda pa rin. Sa dagat naman may mga bato/corals kaya kailangan mag-ingat kung naka barefoot. Though may spot sa dagat sa may bandang swings na puro fine sand lang. Hope this helps 😊
