If you learn all the moves and have a basic understanding of combo knowledge, you can use them to practice it frequently then you dont need to remember anythings ,your muscle memory will do all the work
You can touch the space between the two buttons and try if it inputs both buttons at the same time, you can change the size and make them closer if you still have trouble doing it. If all things fail you can create a custom key like in the video and put a check on what command you want to input at the same time, just click on the key in game and it should work.
First learn all the necessary moves of the character except 10 hit combos Then keep executing them untill you no longer have to remember the move Then gradually try to connect combos. Btw it was my way how i learned this

Ewgf it's a electric wind god fist, so if you hit without electric it's not ewgf that's why after ewgf the u1+2 didn't hit

It does, the only difficult part is the electric at the end since you have to input it as soon as you become neutral
