Just like the Midnight Game, where they were supposed to keep moving and avoid the Midnight Man, but Sam kept stopping everyone in place and running towards wherever he heard noises even though his friends were telling him to stop.

Edit: I read up on this over night and I talked to a friend who's mom is Wickan, and they both said that one way to get rid of the Midnight Man is to play again, or get a Quigia board and try to convince it to leave. Blessings won't work on the Midnight Man.
