Deepin 23 Review: Tired of Windows and still don’t fancy an overpriced Mac? Try Deepin. (My story)

Deepin will be 20 years on 21 December 2024 and what a journey it has been! As I reflect on this significant milestone, I’m reminded of my own journey with Deepin, which began about four years ago. At the time and I guess even now, I was looking for a stable and beautiful complete operating system that wasn’t Windows or MacOs. I instantly fell in love with Deepin when I first encountered the OS. At the time most articles argued that it looked so much like a MacOs but over the years Deepin evolved and brought features and experiences that can rival MacOs and Windows.

I use deepin on one of the two devices and i love how aesthetically pleasing and functionally robust the distro is.

Whoever notices it asks about the distro without fail. haha I do think that the app store do needs a few more apps, however it already houses many apps i didnt find in Linux Mint software manager.

It's an open-source system, and it's absolutely fantastic. I've been using it for several months now, and it runs incredibly smoothly.
