got the solar perk as well, but im not high enugh to get the materials right now. but many on the server are asking for the drill so you can sell it good if you can get enugh gold ;)
that digby on 0:09-0:22 does not get paid enough to be working that hard (he knows if he dosnt meet quota he is being thrown in the pile o_o)

I think the solar drill having 50 durability is not intended i hope they fix that or make it higher
The solar drill recharges its durability in the sun.
The solar drill quite literally has the best yield of resources, and it's basically infinite. You never "feel" it's durability since it recharges itself.
I’ve managed to get a few to 0 wish they didn’t just break and disappear, and instead just sat in your inventory to charge, cause I def “felt” that lol

I saw someone hass Solar Drill with 100% gold/silver/stardust yield on RUclips. Is that real? or the drill they has is only available in CBT version ?

You need a tungsten pickaxe for gold
Kazman beat me to it, yea alloy will allow you to get aluminum. But tungsten is what we’ll need to get gold. Drills will get everything.
i have steel pickaxe on my memetics unlocked but still dont have the option to craft it, do i need to upgrade or build the intermediate table to craft it?
yes, you'll be scaling up with better tables~
advance rock drill is better than solar drill. dont waste your specialisasion
solar you build once, advance will break. Plus if you build a solar out of gold ore, its a 40% increase in gains
@@2SK3TCHY I tried both, I can mine 25 gold ore from 1 rock with solar, and it's 30 with the advance. And I tested it with regular ores it mines slightly less then the advance. And advance is very durable, I maybe cleared a mountain with the drill and still has 25% the durability left. I will use solar drill if I have precious metal mining perk which gives me 50 gold ore per rock.
@@bocilepep3433 so going back on your statement, it's not "better" but different. Cause i will never had waste resources to craft another drill with solar
@@2SK3TCHY yeah if you say so. For me I better make advance for more yield especially from precious ores than solar that last forever. I can see why you choose the otherwise since advance are not that cheap to make
