I will say for anyone else watching I had to remove the black center section with the cupholders first because I couldn't get everything out in one piece like you could. It just pops off with some prying from a trim tool.
You've probably figured it out by now but just incase, there isn't a screw holding it. Only the auto transmission shifter had one. To get the 4x4 shifter off you just have to pull on it HARD. You can use a strap style oil filter wrench to twist the knob around and remove some of the plastic inside so it's easier but if you do that it won't fit perfectly when you put it back on.
