I've listened to thousands of hours of discussions and reviews for audiophile gear as well as the full spectrum of pro audio gear. This video is (by far) the most articulate, rational and entertaining comparison video I've ever seen. This is how comparison videos should be done. Bravo.
1. If you like the EVO try the Odyssey; same bass experience but with estat tweeters and less mid bloat 2. I recommended the AEX07 for MEST mk2 on a different vid, but honesty they sound amazing on any bassy IEM; so much clarity and texture without coloring the sound. Would recommend them on the EVO especially. 3. Have you tried the Radon 6?
The Noble Sultan has amazing Bass too ....thanks for the video and information...... I haven't bought anything lately..... The IER-Z1R is still my favorite sound signature and fits well in my ears........I power my IEM's with an iFi Micro Signature Amp Dac and my Macbook Pro...... The Z1R requires Power ..... a lot of it ......the Earsonics Stark is not a slauch .....It also has some slamm power above the Z1R .....For a single DD the music Dynamics and Bass that comes out of the IKKO OH7 is very very Amazing ....... I love to see people that admire the sound of an amazing Bass !!!! ..... Thanks .......
As for now, probably will go with Legend Evo sometime in the future, that said did not try the Fir Audio iems. Last year listened to the Noble Audio Kublai Khan, need to compare it to the Legend Evo. And also now Kinera is going with a new BC model the Loki. That said great vid :)
The XE6 and RN6 have very similar profiles for detail retrieval while the XE6 has the monster bass shelf. The RN6 has more sub-bass than the KR5, however the KR5 maintains energy through the mid -bass but has significantly less energy through the upper-mids and treble comparitively. That's why my bass king is the EVO while the RN6 covers everything else ;) Still haven't decided between the Black and Red modules (silver is a little too harsh and trades too much space for a hint of bass/isolation). The EVO is a very low impedance IEM while being fairly efficient, this is why it's much more source picky favoring
Desculpe. Tive o Campfire Atlas e tenho o 1zr . O C. Atlas não tem bass para se comparar com o 1zr , de 0 a 10 o Atlas fica com nota 3 se comparado a nota 10 do 1zr .O bass do C. Atlas foi fraco para mim .
At this flagship level, no IEM really "destroys" another IEM, they are not too different at all. I haven't heard the Grand, but I have heard the Scarlet which has even more bass. It slammed super hard for sure, but not harder than some of FIR or Empire Ears products. The hardest bass I've heard are FIR Radon 6 and Empire Ears Legend Evo, and still, they slam maybe 10-15% harder than other end game bass like Z1R or IE900... I don't think we can add more bass power into IEMs anymore, these small drivers can only handle so much.
You wouldn't say that if you had heard enough expensive IEMs. There's no wow factor in going from one top-of-the-line IEM to another. I would even say it's not worth it; something like the IE600 already gets you 80% there. After that, it's just small refinements.

Preach my friend. Bass is so important when it comes to the overall picture. Great channel man.
I have the Astell & Kern Pathfinders, are the IEMS in this review way better than them. I’m new to IEMs. Thanks
Incredible content mate. Thank you.

Yes have tried the Odyssey but the EVO hits harder. Have also tried the Radon 6 but the KR5 hits harder.
@@amplifyaudioreviews hello, have you tried the empire ears raven? i have heard it is much better then evo or x in terms of bass.
@@rafael6693 Yeah its a better IEM overall. Much better to me than the legend evo.
Did you forget the Scarlet Mini from FatFreq! and I think the Madoo type 512 is great bass also! Love your videos sir. Have a great day!
Going of of memory how does the bass of these compare to the farfreq maestro and maestro se.
Maestro Mini is famously good for the price but of course won’t match these for bass technicalities. The Grand Maestro is exquisite.
Formidable lineup, indeed. Hey, did you play around with the ATOM modules on the Fir Audios?
Yeah!

Yeah I agree. The Sultan does have outstanding bass.
Can you please send a link there i can buy the tips?

Hi Sajid. Thanks for next super review. Please what the name of this tips you recommend? Thank you
Thanks! Mandarin Symbio W tips!
@@amplifyaudioreviews Thank you very much. I will try it. Your channel is my favofite audio review channel. So i hope you continue. 😉
Hi Sajid. Although you liked the overall bass experience on IE 900 as against IER Z1R, any specific reason you didn't include it in this comparison.
I would like to know too
Terrific content. I agree with your choices I’d only just add a 5th IEM with the CAMPFIRE ATLAS. It absolutely deserves to be in this running. ✌️

Nice comparison there... but when it comes to Gods of bass, there exist something called Fatfreq Maestro SE......
Yeah and its awesome
I've heard the Maestro SE, certainly has the most rumble but I don't think it slams harder than these IEMs. The Legend Evo has the most impact to me.
Fatfreq Grand Maestro destroys them all
Nah you tripping.

Don't forget the Moondrop Variations. Those things are sub bass monsters!
Any of them sound like W or mild U ? I still need vocal and high but not sharp high.
