This sounds beautiful, the samples used for the harmonies, bass, percussion and melodies/leads are all wonderful. The atmosphere with the samples / visuals are pretty much spot on as well. Fantastic job. Do you somehow manage to rip the harmonies apart note by note from the module for accuracy or do you do it by ear? Whenever I try to do harmonies on modules like these where they're all packed together in a single track I end up putting my own spin on it without even trying, haha.

For MOD I just render out the 4 channels and reference from hearing out pitch and looking at waveform for placement, but I do 'recreate' special pad samples and such (eg the FX from the start I recreated with sound effects from YuruYuri) in separate vegs and use them. I hope that answers your question

You turned the chords track made up of three notes into five notes... The remaining two tracks are just the same notes pitched 1 octave lower or something like that?
The chords are standard major and minor sure. The original timbre that was sampled in the module (I believe it's from the Ensoniq VFX) includes a string at a lower octave; I covered it with just the 5 notes because it sounded perfect and kept enough space for the rest of the mix.
