    I use the same winch and love it. I'm surprised you're not using the fabric cable.

    Brother, you do a fantastic job demonstrating what it's like to be in the RV transport world and have given me the insight I needed to move forward. Before locating you an here I had just about become too skeptical after watching so many incoherent and shallow videos. You present the information flawlessly. I have applied and been approved with a company in that N. Indiana area, my home is in the Coastal Georgia area. Thinking I'll probably stay out 2 weeks at the time at this moment. I'd like to direct message you with a couple of simple questions in private if possible. Thanks. J

    I find Howes fuel treatment to be more effective over other brands. Good tips on savings, hey, in Brandon's economy, we have to rub every coin together to make a buck Lol!
    Speaking of CB radios, has anyone else ever noticed that everyone on a CB radio seems to sound alike? It's like there's some integrated filter that contains the voice and translates it to a backwoods country Jerry Reed sounding audible prior to transmission.
    Over n out good buddy!

      Lol, I feel there’s a set of old school truckers that all have the same cb setting and whatever “boosters” that make them all sound how you’re describing! 😆

      I found that Napa has them but I ended up buying a heavier duty waterproof one from Ace Hardware in Middlebury. I’m hoping it won’t happen again now! 🤞

    I believe that's an old style circuit breaker, you should be able to get that from any truck and trailer repair facility

      I ended up stopping into a Harbor Freight and we were able to look it up from the wench I have from them. Ultimately I went with a more heavy duty style of one to hopefully not have the issue again! 🤞

    Sean, Shawn? How ever the hell you spell it, what’s up! Would like to meet up some time bro! I’m with ForemostTransport, let me know

    • @WeekendTruckin
      @WeekendTruckin  2 года назад

      It's Shawn, but no big deal! I'm not sure what routes you travel but I'm typically doing my 10 hours in the Chicago/Morris area, then either Grand Island or North Platte the next night and back to Big Springs before making it home on a normal trip.

      @@WeekendTruckin I don’t normally have a special or specific route, Foremost doesn’t have a load board to choose, so we have to take what they “offer” I’m normally running the west, as my “home terminal” is in CA. And we have to run the routes they have lined up for us as well, or else we won’t get our tolls and state permits reimbursed. I’ll be running Ohio and Goshen this summer a lot though, we are traveling the lower 48 all this next two years, and getting away from the silly rat race!

    are you tow and haul?

    a)
    Wal*Mart organic freeze-dried gourmet coffee.
    Around us$4, enough for probably thirty cups.
    b)
    We use 12vdc immersion heaters; we scored six at a yard-sale thirty years ago.
    All six for a buck.
    .
    c)
    We prefer tea... with organic coconut cream, and occasionally -- not often -- a tiny pinch of organic date sugar or chunk of Himalayan pink salt.
    Organic pastured butter is also very nice.

      @WeekendTruckin  2 года назад

      You guys rock!! There’s definitely cheaper routes to go down for sure! Awesome score on the heaters!!
