ഞാനൊരു പത്ത് വർഷത്തോളം സിനിമ മേഖലയിൽ വർക്ക് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് അതിൽ രണ്ടു സിനിമ സാറിന്റെ ആയിരുന്നു അതുകഴിഞ്ഞ് ഞാൻ ഗൾഫിലേക്ക് പോയി രണ്ടുവർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞു ഞാൻ സാറിനെ വീണ്ടും കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്തു കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്തു ചില സംവിധായകർ നമ്മളെ ഓർക്കുക പോലും ചെയ്യില്ല എന്റെ ഫോൺ എടുത്ത് സാർ ഞാൻ സാറിന്റെ കൂടെ വർക്ക് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്നു പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ആ ഇന്ന് ആളല്ലേ എന്ന് തിരിച്ച് എന്നോട് പറഞ്ഞു അത് കേട്ടപ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് ഒരുപാട് സന്തോഷം ഉണ്ടായി പ്രണാമം സാർ

Exterior is excellent. But ഷാഫി ചേട്ടന്റെ wife നെ കൊണ്ട് ഒരു വാക്ക് പോലും വീടിനെ കുറിച്ച് പറയിപ്പിക്കാഞ്ഞത് കഷ്ടം ആയിപോയി. ഞാനും 2 തവണ ഈ വീടിന്റെ exterior പോയി കണ്ടിരുന്നു. ഇതിന്റെ തൊട്ടു അടുത്ത് Arc Asif Ahemed ന്റെ oru കിടിലൻ വീട് ഉയർന്നു വരുന്നുണ്ട്.

If you look at market , you can see a lot of such homes are being kept for sell ING and not able to sell it as others find it very difficult to maintain
Paining , cleaning ,electricity bill alone will take more time and effort ..

And the trend do change with time ..I have seen a lot of over done transitional homes with a lot of strength and full teak or such heavy homes not Been sold out in market because it has turned out of fashion and less lights or not been good with current generation fast paced lifestyle. .

@@nolanumkoottarum1454 yes , maintance is important ..how do you reckon the maintance like even cleaning takes place , how the cost of even painting ,.. and unless the next generation plans to do it rather than sell it they need food money ..and with most of the yousnters are finding outer countries to get settled in these types of big fat homes will sieze to non usable for its made .. I have seen it many times .. consider the effort to maintain the old 8 kettu is not as simple as your think ..and the technology changing the basic needs like what was not in the house has to be changed or like added .. like old houses don't even had bathrooms or AC and these are not mandatory in those times and these has became very much used in our times and so need to change or over modify it is inevitable ..🤓.. and that's the problem .. more and more investment to same property .. if you look at the the renovated homes ( many I would say even built some 15 years ago which still had many good things like marble or granite ,and built with perfect engineered and strong buildings with sand and cement , are not being modified again as the new gen feel it's out of fashion .and the maintnecs of dirt or scar on marble floor who h needs to be polished are finding it very much difficult .. don't think me wrong . ..even the luxuary taxes has increased so much do you think the pensioners ( with current system ) can able to meet it .. look around the reality .. many big fat homes are being construced with rock particles sand . Which will not lasts as you think .. if you just gonaroud new built homes , you will bdounf that after 2 3 years itself , the house is beginning to crack .. 🤧.. and the flats in the name of interior designing many are demolishimg the strength walls and seeing to add more interiors as they wish ..( which again will reduce the lifespan of flats 😡) and to sell these property after long time. . it won't fetchyou the amount you invested over years in it ..( 80 percent cases with current volailte market strength ..
Even under 3000 sq ..now we are able to construct 4 bedrooms with almost all special and good amenities . So the need for big houses are slowly growing out .( I myself have traditional house,which is maintaiend well because of my economic stability 😀l) so please .. I also know the pain when someone says it's out of fashion but I am constable and living peacefully in it. ....even if consider building a house , it will surely be under 2800 sq .. ..people nowadays complaint about the greenary and only wishes to plant foriegn breed palm tree or fantasy lawns but forgets the traditional trees ..or even a coconut tree in their own homes . 😏And plans to buy 5 cents land and fill it with house ..but mostly ignores to built in 3 cents and spare 2 cents for trees or cultivation. .. ..😥..
Oxygen is a precious thing. As is next generation. ..so people if they have land should focus more about building same in 4 to 5 cents and plant more green in the remaining parts
