I think its important to add that Liliana improved drastically between season 7 and 8. This is not only because she was older and more mature, but her technique was impeccable in season 8 and she was so much more controlled and less bouncy.

So true! I just didn’t add the Season 7 to 8 transition because there were only two dancers, Ellie and Lilly, so it wasn’t a fair ranking. But I agree 100%!
Lilly was incredible and was a whole new dancer in Season 8!!
honestly i think kenzie deserves recognition for how she improved drastically every season. she was a totally different dancer every season and seeing her turn her “cute” stereotype into being more of a confident and hard hitting dancer was so satisfying. i love that in the later seasons she was able to keep her personality in solos but also was a standout in more lyrical and contemporary groups as well.
100%, you said it perfectly! Kenzie improved so much season after season. It was clear how much work she was putting in

I honestly didn’t even notice just how much Kenzie improved!! It’s really overlooked, she was like a whole new dancer!

Season 7 Kendall was honestly one of the stronger peaks we've seen from an ALDC dancer. I would have loved to see a group dance of her with Kalani, Brynn, Maddie and Chloe. Those 5 were stellar level of technique
100%! There was something so amazing seeing Season 7 Kendall. Her passion and improvement this season blew my mind, she put so much more into her dances this season.

I loved this video sm!! 💕💕 I agree with all, and just to add to the Kenzie one, her progress from “Mouse Trap” to her season 2 dances honestly astonishes me! Like she went from barely being able to do a frontwalkover to all those super cool skills!!

The only thing I disagree with is the season 6-7. Nia should be there. From going to cookie and money makes the world go down to getting away with murder, no regrets, and i need no one, no regrets is my favorite Nia solo, and getting away with murder is one of my fave solos overall. Still, respect your opinions, just wanted to say mine! :)
Nia regressed the most season 7. Getting away with murder was an acting role and camryn should of won. As for i need no one her technique was awful. She had no grace at all and her releve was bad.
I agree with most of them and ESPECIALLY KENDALL IN S6-7 SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

I love this so much!!! Kendell and sometimes Nia rarely get attention for their improvement, even though it was DRASTIC!!
Chloe and Maddie were both so stellar and deserve all the love they get. They were incredibly dedicated for 9/10 year olds and it showed in their dancing.
For me, kalani and Maddie were at their best in season 5-6. I see a lot of comments saying season 4 was Maddie’s best (she was amazing) but seeing her maturity in season 5❤❤ she was almost a totally different dancer. Her emotional performances looked so much more genuine and she sold every story she set out with.
I think season 3 was Paige’s best season. Her technique had improved and she seemed a bit more confident with GUGLGT and Broadway Blondes. It’s hard to tell with her because we saw SO LITTLE!! Even with most of the groups the camera cut her off😐😐
Kenzie is probably the most overlooked. Seeing her in Mouse Trap, then in Hollywood… didn’t even look like the same dancer. She was so good tho!
Agree SO much with Kendall and Nia. Their improvement some seasons just really blew my mind. Nia Season 4 and 5 especially showed such improvement from the seasons before and it was easy to tell she worked hard, same with Kendall in Seasons 3, 4 and 7. Agree with Maddie and Chloé, easy to tell they worked hard too and they were such passionate young dancers. Season 5 and 6 Maddie were my favorite seasons for her by far

i would argue that maddie improved the most in season 2.5 her dancing was sm more controlled imo and her turns were a lot smoother

there was some sort of disconnect for Paige between brain and body like she knew how but just body didn't comprehend nuasiances.
Agree, I think Paige had the potential and knew what looked good and the nuances to put in, but she’d psych herself out and would struggle to put them in. That’s why her off show ones where she had more time looked so much stronger
I confuses me when people say "Christi was a better mom than Melissa" As if Christi carried MackZ for 9 months, paid her all her dance, music lessons and more. Especially in that scene when Christi comforts Mackenzie during her "Cry" solo. I honestly think that at least somewhere throughout that week Melissa privately (or maybe even on TV but the editors cut it out) comforted Mackenzie over that solo. Like, Would you want to switch your mom for a "better mom" for comforting you over a 1 time solo when your mom didn't? that proves nothing.

Before the show to season 1
Most-chloe as she gained more confidence in things like tricks
Least-brooke tbh brooke was amazing before the show
Season1 to 2
Most paige- just look at double take to make some noise. She was more confident and such better technique
Least- maddie, she didnt regress but season 2 was rough for her and she seemed nervous
Season 2 to 3
Most- kenzie was advanced in acro from the start but when challenged by asia she clearly brought her technique up
Least- chloe, honestly hard to pick as non stood out as the least however abby was awful to her season 3 and she often forgot some parts and overall looked scared
Season 3 to 4
Most-kendall, i always knew she was a strong dancer but season 4 i see her passion and energy.
Least-chloe after brooke and paige left abby picked on her more. I hate picking chloe as i love her solos season 4 but her flexibilty left her. I will say i prefer her style season 4 as it was more fluid and vulnrable but she stopped doing tricks
Season 4 to 5
Most- maddie, honestly i never really thought much of her dancing but season 5 she was like a new girl. Maybe dancing with kalani opened her eyes
Least-kalani, non of them regressed but kalani was always the best so didnt have a lot of room to improve
Season 5 to 6
Most-maddie, again i noticed her more this season 2, it was clearly brynn this time😂.
Least-jojo was never the best but her technique went from not so good to awful in only 1 season 6 to 7
Most- kendall non really improved dance wise however i do think kendall had a more mature style and
Least tie- nia, she was never that great but her feet and legs were awful and she lost her passion so much
Least tie kalani- she regressed so much, she lacked control and flexibility also towards the end she was injured

Season 2 transitioning to 3 Kenzie is also SUCH a good pick! Every dancer improved during this range in my opinion, but seeing Kenzie go from Daisy Chains to Reach For The Stars is a huge jump that I’m so happy for her for! Also agree with Season 3 to 4 Kendall. Kendall blew me away with some of her Season 4 solos and I think that’s when I really saw her lyrical potential and technique. I also loved Season 5 and 6 Maddie, her best seasons 💜
@@pric4799 kenzie was so uderrated as a technical dancer because she is known as an "acro dancer" i felt like that was also brooke a bit. Kendall will always be one of my favorites but i am glad each season she improved in many areas
I think Liliana was the most improved in during s6 to s7 and also s7 to s8 and the fact you put Ellie and not lily even tho lily beat Ellie like 10 times and Ellie has beaten lily once or twice

unpopular opinion, In this video you see Melisa say something like "i don't believe anyone on this team can beat Maddie" but i think it sounds edited. I think she said Chloe instead of Maddie. (2:23 on the link) what do you think?
my second opinion - I don't think Abby really cared as much as Christi pushed the narrative (she did care though), if Maddie was bet by Kahalani. I think she only cared that it would ruin her "reputation" if another dancer came in and bet one of her best if not best dancer. Ultimately proving she just uses her dancers existing strengths, failing to create new ones after they reach a certain age.
