Love your channel! I left nursing 6 years ago to be a senior companion, and I've never been happier. You're right, there's a great need for that service as lots of elderly want and need to stay out of nursing homes. I also do spark delivery for extra money and I love it!
Love your channel. I'm a teacher in the UK and am utterly sick of going to work. I want my life on my terms now. Ideas for videos..budgeting, health, motivation and self belief, home organising, gardening. You are helping me believe this is all possible.
sarax001 I'm a teacher, too, and hanging on by a thread. Going to get out at the end of this year, even though I need to hang on longer. I just can't. Gonna have to have side hustles to supplement my retirement.
Hi Jennifer, these are great ideas! I’m 61 and looking for some ways to make extra money. I’m excited that your past the 7k for your channel. Congrats - so excited for you and all the rest of us who are enjoying your content and ideas and your southern accent is very soothing and relaxing to listen to here
I’m so glad to be fully retired . No more hustling! 🙌. I too am a nurse. Was very ready to hang up the stethoscope. 34 years was long enough. But also grateful for the good living it has provided me.
So glad I ran into your channel!! I too retired early from nursing! I fell into re-selling 6 months ago and have loved it!! What fun!! Do something fun!!! I wish you well on your new journey….
Some of your tips are only relatable for the USA as most of the side hustles required education, course or financial investment, but all very helpful thanks 😊
I worked in the mortgage field and took many real estate classes but got side tracked over the years. I think the real estate field is good for me. I have always wanted to be in this field. I worked for Walmart for many years which was a good job but I am retired now and drive Uber and Lyft. Thinking about adding a few more gig jobs!
Ok, so now I know your name is Jennifer~ which means my "Jesse" idea wasn't too far off, when you asked one time what people thought would be a good "alter-ego" name for you. I don't recall the other one I offered, but you truly do seem more like a Jesse~ just saying.=) *Great advice to not tell friends or family right away, that we may censor ourselves more~ SO TRUE. Then, after some time has gone by & a person's confidence level is up, maybe it wouldn't be such a big deal. Love that suggestion, thank you. Also agree completely about the real estate market being flexible, still having plenty of room~ especially considering how it's changed so much w/the AirB&B stuff. I have a friend who bought a couple acres of cheap property on the edge of a very small town here in AZ, which just happens to be a very popular tourist destination for folks from all over the world~ Tombstone, AZ, to be specific. He bought a small kit cabin, & while that was being built, he rented out his travel trailer on the same property~ which paid for the contractors to finish that first cabin. He plans to put up four more of these western themed cabins on the same property, w/a small fishing pond in the center. Absolute gold mine, financially! Does not matter what time of the year, that property is booked every single night, w/out fail. Point being, you can AirB&B anything~ a room, camper, cabin, yurt, teepee, ANY type of abode whatsoever. Great idea to get your real estate license too, offering services to even just your own friends & family. Re-selling can be super lucrative, speaking from experience. I now live in a tiny house, so have scaled back to selling "smalls"~ mostly jewelry, high end shoes/hats/accessories. Great money to be made there. Your channel will continue to grow for exactly the obvious reasons you create content around. There are millions of people out here who can benefit from what's shared here, & also even the conversations/frustrations/obstacles/successes that all who subscribe can share. You may even consider doing some interviews down the road w/folks who can share their own successes or obstacles, & how they solved them or what not~ there's some content food for thought! Always good to here from you ~ though I need to catch up a bit on your channel, as i've been offline & preoccupied lately. =) Have an awesome weekSammy in AZ
For men, she sells Hawaiian shirts. Dry cleaned, keeps in the plastic sleeve that comes from the dry cleaner, and the hanger really helped so the shirt!
I am a nurse and working two jobs, and two side hustles. I would LOVE to leave nursing, but am unable to do so yet. I will have to work until 67...or longer. UGH
You have a lot of good information in your posts thank you! What do u like to do to have fun or relax? I like to go to a spa, swim or work out, walk etc. I do find driving for uber Lyft in the Napa valley wine country is relaxing
My friend flips clothes but mainly extra large sizes like 2X and 3X tops and pants. She will look in other areas like the next county over by them. She showcases very well put them online and sells out. She also has a friend that speaks Spanish and they listed on her site too really good side hustle she has I’ve even bought a couple tops from her.
Regarding re selling clothes, she also looks for Lane Bryant Alfred Dunner, Lands’ End type of clothing that has quality and fits well. I think that’s why she sells out if I buy something from her a little too large. I have a friend where I live we trade out favors and she can alter the clothes, but I like the quality that she gets.
I had some success with flipping clothes in the past and then I got tired of it and got rid of everything. Now I really don’t have the space to keep the inventory.
I have, but I think because all of my family and friends follow me that keeps me from being completely authentic. Long form video on RUclips seems to be what fits me.

Thanks for sharing! I’ve been to Tombstone, actually. :) I spent three months in Phoenix as a travel nurse. I can’t wait to make it back out west.
@@Midlifeanticrisis Well when you do, we'll make sure you have an awesome place to stay if anywhere near our area.

Would you consider consulting other content creators and help them get monetized by offering feedback and insight on their RUclips channel?
