If my wife told me a man was in our yard and pointed a gun at her knowing where Chad lived and I was home at the time, no doubt I would of searched the property and knowing not many places to hide out there I believe I would of caught him or at the least would of seen him, I think Chad helped Alex in hiding him and getting him off the property. Chad and Lori should also be held partially responsible for the death of Charles Vallow. There is just as much evidence that it was their influence over Alex Cox and their direct order that led to Alex shooting and killing Charles. Charles deserves justice too. Also, they should investigate Lori's first husband's death. There is far too much premature death happening all around Lori. I would bet that she had something to do with his death as well.

It's the dust that is primarily the issue for people, the kind of dust that is made if it is being cut and polished dry. They were buying already polished and set malachite rings. I doubt the amount of malachite they purchased even if they used something to ground it down with, would have been easy to get some one to inhale or ingest it bc it it would have been obvious. The powder would be green and would've tasted, I'm sure, mostly like copper since malachite is high in it. (I cut and polish rocks and gemstones with pro-grade machines.)

Alex was not a well man. He was making routine trips to Mexico for medications. Dude had a pulmonary embolism. He was a truck driver by trade. Many people who sit for long lengths of time develop DVT or deep leg thrombosis because they don’t take enough breaks or work their calf muscles. These people develop clots in their legs that can break away and travel to their lungs. There they develop into massive clots that totally occlude the pulmonary vein. When that happens…you’re dead. The man did not take care of himself..period.
