@Red Foxy. Or maybe the justice system needs to reevaluate their $hit and actually wait til "criminals"(🙄) are found guilty instead of throwing people in as if they were convicted already. "Innocent until proven guilty" is the biggest load of $hit they need to start change with.

There's some in there for simply defending themselves, for traffic violations (like unpaid fines/tickets). Some on claims with no proof who will or won't be released after trial(as stated above, innocent until proven guilty is a crock of shet). You deserve to be in there getting your cheeks clapped.

If they actually did commit the crime and they knew they would face time, then they might be motivated to flee, commit additional crimes as they have nothing to lose. Look at mass shooters, they facing possible life, so they would have no issue committing additional crimes as they dont have anything to lose.

Releasing them is not an option as a risk to society, if violent offender. So their death, for the violent criminals, is actually beneficial for us. I was in when this happened he's tied up ran into a door several times then tied up to the step rail, there was no co on the floor when multiple people did this, over commiserate items
We realize government facilities are going broke with the economy but this is going too far to try to eliminate their overcrowding conditions,,, but this could be a good deterrent for youth not to go to jail
What needs to happen is taxes need to be increased on state taxes and also on property taxes, so that Georgia can build new prisons and pay for staffing and new modern technology for current prisons. Also we need to make more laws to make it easier to get felony convictions,
