The choir from 0:33 to 0:36 is an awesome bit of this track, it's usually covered by the ghost host narration. Hearing that makes me understand why the 2002 stretching room track made so much use of a choir, and that choir was a total game changer! John Debney did so good with these tracks, I wish their instrumentals would be released. Awesome job capturing this!

Thank you yeah I’ve been listening to this soundtrack for 10 years now and I’ve noticed there’s a subtle choir that plays in the background but I always wondered why when people posted the music why they never posted the version of the foyer music with the choir! John Debney and Danny Elfman really did the best job with the music to this ride every piece of music hits all the right notes in just the right moments! I posted the OST version of the Foyer last year and I’ve had this binaural recording since 2022 and I got it bc the portrait gallery was backed up full of people and both stretching rooms didn’t come back up until the line in the portrait gallery started to move again and I was stuck up their for 5 minutes so it was nice to get a good binaural recording the hard part was vocal isolation trying to remove background noise without removing the choir! The Foyer is personally my all time favorite pieces of music from the HMH just behind the portrait gallery and the outdoor music box and FUN FACT: I didn’t know this until I was carefully observing the ride to see how everything worked but the Ghost Host Narration in the Foyer doesn’t start until one of the stretching room’s doors closes down in the portrait gallery and makes its way back up to the foyer; from the doors closing to when the doors open in the foyer is the same amount of time it takes from the Ghost Host narration to narrate “T’was a long time ago, longer now than it seems. In a place that perhaps you’ve seen in your dreams. For the story that you are about to be told, began in the holiday worlds of old. I know you’re curious to see what’s inside, it’s what happens when two holidays collide!…”

this is a huge question can you please get the ambiance of journey of the little mermaid ride where you are with the eels in front of ursulas lair? id love to hear them talking along with the music in that background

I’m not to familiar with the ride meaning like I don’t know that ride like the back of my hand such as other attractions but I’ll definitely add it to the list of requests to try to do! I’m not sure how long the eel’s spiels are in the ride but I do know that at least the ride is an Omni-Mover system so there is a chance you can stop or slow down there but I’ll see what I can do!
