Handheld Replacement Antenna Comparison, Amateur radio

There are lots of replacement antennas on the market for your handhelds, however there are many fakes out there too. Test before you use. I find that nearly all Nagoya 771 antennas with blue writing are fake but perfectly ok for scanners. Hope you enjoy the burble. 73 de M0NMC

Can you tune the al800 telescopic antenna?

Probably by adjusting length. But it will detune as soon as you move it somewhere else
