Jack O'Lantern feels like an underrated villain, he deserves more attention than we think
Underrated is an understatement, there needs to be an agent venom movie and him being the main villain to show how much of a badass and menace he really is
@@Raytenk indeed 🤘🤞
I really like the 5th version of Jack O Lantern; he’s a creepy assassin. And is a bit of a psycho
They're all kinda psycho lol
Yes and I have no idea
@sharkdude7: what are his powers and abilities and how powerful is he?
The way I see it, Jack is a force to be reckoned with… he is more powerful than the early versions portrayed, first time I saw him was when the agent venom comics dropped and it was like love at first sight. I admired how he taunts, how he glides on his broom and how much of a menace and threat he is to Flash. Jack has HUGE potential to be greater than green goblin. Its like… if we need something TRULY fresh and new? Let Agent Venom take the spotlight and let Jack O lantern be the villain. This is what we need in the MCU right now, truly different
Yeah it would be really cool to see an MCU incarnation.
Jackolantern is such an underrated villain agent venom is his greatest story
Agent venom.is the only series that pushed Jack as a major villain.
Stay tuned...there's one more IMO ;)
I left a comment on your Man-Bat breakdown saying I would like to see one done on Jack O'Lantern.
Didn't know it would come on the same day.
I didn't make it in one day lol. I had planned it. You just happened to ask for it too XD
Finally you did a video on him
Jack O Lantern has always been my favorite comic charcter. I think they could really turn him into a really cool character with the right story. Oh I even have him tattooed on my arm. Really liked your video on him🎃
I think he's underrated. And thanks for the support :)
Do a Supervillain Breakdown on The Hobgoblin next.
Jack O'Lantern has fought Flash Thompson/Venom, Eddie Brock/Venom, and Dylan Brock/the New Venom. He fought Thompson early in Thompson's Venom career in Rick Remender's run and both Brock Venoms in Donny Cates' run. My brother said his first time seeing Jack O'Lantern was the end of a Spider Man comic where JJJ walked into a elevator and somebody was talking and then in a panel Jack is sitting in the upper corner of the elevator then he put a pointy skinny finger under Jameson's chin and he says We're going to have some fun and laughs while the door closes as Jameson screams which is very creepy!
Holy hell, this character's history is soooo confusing... Even worse than Brainiac! I've got mad respect for ya pal, for doing all of this research. I know it must've been frustrating.
I actually considered doing a video like this for this guy last Halloween. I'm so glad I didn't lol...
I mean sometimes its fun to track it all down. Usually no though. Depends on the character lol
You know, since you said that he remind you that he's like the Headless Horseman from The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, I think he would be riding a scary looking horse rather than a top like glider and he will use a sword, but still throwing pumpkin bombs and creating nightmarish illusions.
Personally I always preferred the Goblins as villains that use gliders, I do like Jack for his uiqueness that is.
Well technically he isn't one of the Goblins. I just consider him one lol
I really like the 3rd version. He was really disturbing
I love Jack a lanthorn he has so much Halloweenish on him 🎃
Love Jack o’ lantern. Loved him in when he would appear in Spidey with hobgoblin
Thanks for the breakdown. Could you please do Top Ten demonic superheroes?
He may be a Budget Green goblin but Damn it if he ain't still fun and charming.
We Love Jack-o-lanterns yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Would like you to do man-wolf( John jameson) one day
I really wanna see jack o lantern in the mcu tbh
Jack o lantern looks like he made a deal 🏴☠️💀☠️
Jack O'Lantern was and is a Venom villain (Agent Venom/Flash Thompson) & (Venom/Eddie Brock).
Honestly i love this villain. he may be obscure but i like him my only complaint with him is that I feel like he’s a bit of a jumbled mess, there’s so many versions of him in the books, he has the same problem with Clayface imo, the only ones i think are good are Macendale, Berkhart, and the one that fought agent venom, I do think it was kind of stupid that Jason became the hobgoblin after the gang-war and thought that Hobgoblin was Ned Leeds, because in the animated series, he was great in that show.
I remember that Jack O’Lantern during the Captain America run . WHEN did we get his name and origin ? I don’t remember them doing anything with him during the Cap run. Also, Mysterio has a COUSIN? Whuuut?
If Machine Man ever got into the MCU. Maybe JACK O’LANTERN could be the villain in a Machine Man movie?
Agree but how an who would make great voice actor same with Jack o lantern
How do you ruin a character?
1°: Make him look like an already successful established villain, in this case Green Goblin.
2°: Make him be more than one person. In this case, six different people wearing the pumpkin mask.
3°: Make his pumpkin helmet "bulletproof" and forget the fact his head was f**ing blew up by The Punisher and Deadpool.
4°: Make him a pretty forgettable villain in Spider-Man's giant rogues gallery.
5°: Write nonsense stories about him.
And there you go. Jack O'Lantern.
I Hope Marvel New Comic Book Villains Jack O Lantern 2021 issue #1-15
Can we please Have The Origin Of Crime Master 🙏
Yeaaaa this guy is a wack villain 🤷🏾♂️
You'd have to be to dress like that lol
AMERICAN Folklore
Yeah technically. What did I say? English? I mean Irving based the Headless Horseman off tales and legends from Northern Europe. The story is American and so is the author, but I think it has roots and influences in Europe too.
jason "masondale"?!
its is so cool
Wow
I grew up on the Macendale Hobgoblin. He was always “My” Hobgoblin. Now though, I realize that he was a bad villain . He was decent as the JOL, though . They should have gone into his background more (He never really got much development.).
needy.
This got really funny towards the end
