Great informative tour! I watched this before I went to my local ford dealership. The salesman I dealt with could've benefited from it, i felt i was educating him more than he was me! Thanks
Okay while your talking about this .Why is it when we purchased our 2022 . It was said to come with 2nd row split seats and not a second row full bench . But we still got the Full bench .
I love the Explorer design, but why does Ford keep presenting it with that dull black trim image? I'd be embarrassed to pay the asking price right now to ride around in a vehicle that gloomy. It's time to brighten up the image, both trim and colors! In this segment, even a base model should have bright chrome and painted lower body. This dull image looks like one of my cheap plastic toy cars when I was a kid. I'll keep driving what I've got at these prices. Maybe with less gee-wiz gadgets, we wouldn't have a chip shortage, orders wouldn't get held up, and prices could come back down!!
The lower trim is made out of the Molded in black so if you have rocks fly up and hit it then you cant see the scratches as easily and its more durable. with a painted trim you have the risk of more scratches and being able to see the scratches and would need to have it painted every so often to keep it looking sharp.
